Life sometimes dealt you hard cards, but the strength of the person depended on how well you adapted and so Celso had sent a diplomat. The diplomat in a frigate would order a transmission be sent to the world of Teffilin. It was more along the lines of a we come in peace message. His plans would go forward and the Anrufe would find an army to confront them the next time the DAIS fleet decided to spy or intrude on Setus Prime. While he could not strike them yet, soon he would be able to handle the Anrufe and the DAIS permanently. It was just a matter of timing everything right.
Greetings Zarethian Empire. This is the Neo Narrikian Empire ship Descent to Dawn. Permission to land and have the diplomat on board talk with your leader?

After a short wait the transmission was received and one was sent back.
Neo Narrikian Ship Confirmed, relaying docking coordinates now, please land. The coordinates were near a military base.

The ship would descend and do the proper landing procedures in the area mentioned. Out would step a diplomat in a gray and black uniform. Beside him would be several men in powered armors of a sort, Corpse Armors and underneath they would wear Ventus Combat Suits. The men also had oxygen tanks attached to their suits and breathed the oxygen from there and not from the planet itself. Each of these men had 5 hand guns, a high powered rifle and at least two swords on them. When you added the MWCA that had been built into the Corpse Armor this was a lot of fire power. These men were not ones you wanted to mess around with and each of them were highly trained. The diplomat would step out accompanied by the ten men that had been sent as his escort by Celso.
"Sorry my guards are so armed. Celso has made it the policy of every diplomat to travel with ten or more armed guards. Something about not letting diplomats drop like flies or something."

They were met merely with a hunched over old man dressed in vibrant red robes with golden tints. His eyes twinkled. "Its fine, its fine." he said, waving them down. "We understand such precautions, particularly after a recent Anrufe incident." He said, quietly. "But, come on inside so we can talk about whatever it is you're here for." He said, motioning for them to come inside.

The men looked at the hunched over old man and after determining he was not a threat went into a sort of at ease position. These men were trained and were never truly at ease and would not be until the threat they had been trained to counter was eliminated. The Anrufe would pay for what they had done so far in the galaxy and would be driven back. So the diplomat gestured to one of the men, and he followed the diplomat. "Sure, I'll go with you. Just have to take at least one of the guards. Standard protocol and what not. Stupid Anrufe and Idiotic Dais. Both of them don?t know when to quit. So Emperor Celso wishes to form an alliance with the Zarethians and has plans to form one with the Mechera as well. Already an alliance has been struck with the K Empire. For a mutual purpose of exterminating the Anrufe with extreme prejudice."

"Ah. Well, thats very interesting." The old man said. "We are also allies of the K Empire, as well as the Mechera and the Ferrarians. I'm sure both would be acceptive of these goals... But what do you have to offer us, the Zarethians?" He asked, peering over his long, bony fingers.

"For starters..." The Diplomat would pull out a PDA and after making sure the room was secure would push a button. A message would be played from Emperor Celso himself one made to bring the person listening up to speed.
With the Anrufe and the DAIS growing in strength and in power, it has come to my attention that without proper precautions this might be the final galactic hour. So I have set in motion plans to drive back the enemy and force them into a full retreat. The first of these plans is Project Academia which will better equip several pilots and military new recruits to be the best they can. It will also provide them top of the line and state of the art technology to pilot. Should they stay on, they will also when the Anrufe and DAIS are defeated have job security to prevent any further intrusions from those terrorist cells that have cropped up. I have decided in light of this that certain measures need to be taken. Pilots of high caliber from each empire will be recruited. The same goes to those capable with technology and other means of handling threats. Prefferably ones still in school will be chosen so that their move to the Campus will be successful.

"These are all good plans, yes, but what do you have to offer the Zarethian Empire as an ally? Trade? Mutual protection? Something other then the Anrufe a mutual foe would be good. If an alliance is chosen to come to fruitation, we will of course offer our best."

"Celso has authorized me to say that Trade and Mutual Protection will be provided. Also there is a small matter of some fall out with the Ferrarrians. Nothing serious, just an out of control fleet admiral that decided the Ferarrian Homeworld would be ideal to conquer. He has long since that time been removed.....and locked up for the time being, but Ra'Kath still views the Neo Narrikian Empire as an enemy."
This was hampering a plan that Lucien had to acquire the Pseudo System. The diplomat had been briefed about the plans only hours before. "Also, immediate purchase of several thousand of your AI would take how many credits?" The AI would all be put in mechs, ships and a whole host of other land vehicles that were being prepped for war should it come to that. The Anrufe would not take Setus Prime without a fight.

"I would have no idea. However, if you make an alliance with us we can negotiate to have the Mechera to supply you with soldiers for your efforts" He said, shrugging amicably. "And we can also talk to the Ferrarians as well, if we are to become allies. "

"Very well. Let us become allies. Also, Celso wishes to send talent scouts to your schools and pick out the best and brightest for the project you saw on the tape. It needs to be a 4 empire front at least to take them down given the numbers of ships his catastrophe theorists have predicted they have. Oh and is there any documents we need to sign to be allied?"
The diplomat's G-Phone rang. "The Anrufe are where? Two of their operatives? Hold the phone. What was that?" After about 5 minutes of this he would scowl and hang up as now he was irritated. "Seems we might have a job for a few of your best stealth operatives. One of them would need to be able to kill Delta. Seems they have been detected on the home world."

"Your best bet with Delta would be the Mechera, we are not experts in such technology." The man shrugged. "I am sorry. Alas, you must only go to the military academies for the project. Other students are exempt from such treatment."

The diplomat amicably nodded at the Zarethian one and then got his new marching orders. "Well it seems I am ordered to send these men to your military academies to recruit for the project. And also to any ones that have advanced sciences as well?to recruit from there the best to help with the technology that will be used for the routing of the Anrufe and the DAIS Fleets. Unfortunately there is one small set-back. The Anrufe have some sort of listening devices in the galaxy that the DAIS Fleet has made but our probes and means of detection have yet to find them so we can destroy them." Plans for a listening station would be handed over to the Zarethian.
"With your permission one of these would be constructed near each and every last Zarethian planet to monitor Anrufe Activity and DAIS activity. It will scan their entry point and exit point when they use any form of FTL travel. Should they mobilize more than 12 ships, an all out alert will be sent here, to Setus, to the Academy and to the K Empire as well. "

He read the post and nodded. "Permission granted." He bowed to the diplomat. "This has been very profitable. I hope to work with you all further, may peace and glory find all our souls." He said, nodding.

Once the arrangement was made the Narrikian Diplomat nodded at the soldiers, who would then ask for the coordinates of all the science and military schools on the planet below. Once they had asked, the diplomat would board the vessel. It was time to head home and more troops would be sent to do the recruitment so that plans could be enacted to handle the threat of the DAIS and the Anrufe. When the first learned of one of the schools he would teleport there.
