A derelict ship with no life signs or magic signatures jumped into the system, on a collision coarse for the station.
-
The moment the ship was detected, security protocols came into place and a transmission was sent to the ship, demanding it identify itself.
-
All that came from the derelict was a looped distress beacon. There were no life signs or magic signatures, and the beacon appeared to be triggered before it appeared in this system. Most of all the blackbox data that was carried on the distress beacon said that the last lifeform on it teleported away, and that nothing living was on it.
Over all, this collision coarse derelict was creepy. Really creepy
-
The entire ship seemed to start glowing an odd, greenish color. Flash. The station now longer appeared as simply a single station, but as five stations, spread out in every "direction" (though there's no such thing as direction in space). Each station seemed to be emitting a blinding light.
-
The Derelict continued its aimless drift, it still did not seem to have an live signs or magic signatures. It simply continues its drift toward one of the five stations, heading its original direction.
-
It would seem, as it approached it's target station, to never be getting any closer to the station itself, despite its crash course. It was making noise, but it was as if it were running in place.
-
the derelict continued to do nothing, as it was stalled those who caused this would find it stopped the Derelicts drifting. The ship with no life or magic signatures... just remained still.
-
The five stations remained around him, emitting light.
-
OOC: Erm, what him. Its a abandoned ship =/
The derelict continued be still without life.
-
Church walked into the command room on one of the stations. "Report?" He orders.
-
OOC: Meant to say it, oops.
"The ship has stopped moving," a technician reported, "It seems the defense has worked."
-
The ship remained still. The question remained... what the hell was this ship, with its strange repeating distress signal.
-
Galactic Times seemed to not really care what the ship was, now that it had been stopped. They saw strange things every day.
-
A strange flash happened on both the Derelict and the station. On the derelict it was its water supply, and on the station it was on of the bathroom stalls. strange readings of no comprehensible origins would spike. It was as if the derelict was haunted as the distress signal changed to a weird kind of little girl humming a song.
-
"What the..." Church thought. "See if we can dispatch a team to the ship... Find out whats on board." he barked.
-
As there were five seperate stations surrounding the ship now, each of the five seemed to have one of the bathroom stalls erupt. Inside, the technician followed Church's order, preparing a team. Approximately an hour later, a small team in a non-networked transport fighter appeared behind the Derelict ship with a flash. It began to float towards the Derelict, getting ready to dock.
-
The water in the toilet over flowwed and took the form of a pale little girl. She hummed the same tune the the distress signal played. The girl danced out of the restroom, giggling her tune in a monotone voice.
The derelict remained still
-
OOC: So there's five little girls?
-
OOC: Yes.
-
Each of the five little girls would encounter the same thing. A single, blue orb, made out of some crystal-like material, was floating around her, watching... Observing. It seemed to bounce up and down in delight as she hummed. In space, the small transport vehicle was attempting to dock onto the ship.
-
The transport vehicle would have no trouble docking with the Derelict.
The five little girls just skipped through the station corridors, humming their haunting tune. It appeared that they were translucent.
-
A single drone launched from the now docked ship, and began to explore the ship. The five girls would find weapon system -- turret guns installed upon the walls -- locking onto them.
-
The little girls would giggle here and there as they skipped throughout the station, their hummed tune into one of haunting melancholy. The girls seemed unaware of the weapon's system.
A number of rats had also began to spread from the station's water systems. Seeming to attempt to scurry from hall to hall.
The single drone would find that the derelict was flashing with red blinking light. Its inter-comm system broadcast a repetitive count down of some sort, "*electronically buzzing* war- *glitchy beeping* 2"
Additionally, the control room it just entered was empty with the panels destroyed.
There was a flash on the derelict and on the docked ship simultaneously.
-
Barrier shields rose around the little girls, in an attempt to contain them. As rats spread throughout the stations, a rat posion was spread throughout each of them. The drone reported its findings back to the stations as the newly docked ship, realizing what was going on (somewhat), attempted to leave the ship they had just docked.
-
Church continued to monitor the situation. "Get Mann on the line, would you?" he asks one of the Communication officers.
-
The little girls waved saying in a creeyly cute voice as they dissolved into a puddle of water, "Bye-bye."
The rats seemed unaffected by the poison when on each station a mass of them would pile onto eachother morphing into a naked full grown woman each. The woman was strangly like the little girls. She walked like a lover seducing her man.
The rest of the rats spread throughout the station, sqeeking strangly.
The team stomach's would flash. As the docking clamps of the Derelict would not disengaged. The derelict self-destructed in a eruption of forcful light
-
"SHIELDS! ONLINE!" a technician yelled as shields rose around each five of the ships to protect from the blast. Turret guns began to fire at the women as barriers rose trying to contain the rest of the rats.
-
OOC: 18+ topic now.
The five ships would at least get hit by a bit of the blast as they were still clamped to the Derelict. Its Distress beacon obviously stopped, however its end felt like the end of a solemn prayer. This bittersweet feeling would emanate throughout the whole station.
The Team's own blood would begin to attempt to rip out of their skin, it was as if a thousand tiny fingers where trying to dig themselves out of their blood.
The women Exploded into thousands of butterflies avoiding the turrets all together as power systems sustained damage from a number of rats that escaped the barrier and began to nibble on them. The cockroaches released an odd gas, it was magical in origin however it was no longer a magic, just a substance. The gas would cause those who inhaled it to rise in desire and would become unquenchably horny.
Shadows would begin to move oddly in the station.
-
Church watched the vital signs of the team members display some odd symptoms. "Team Alpha, this is Church, report in!" he yells through the comms.
"Whats the progress on getting Mann on the line?" he shouts to the Communications Officer.
"Still working on it, sir." the Officer yells back.
"Keep trying, if you cant get him, get the CEO or the Executive VP."
-
Mann came on comm, asking for a briefing on the situation. Meanwhile, on each of the five stations, a self destruct sequence began to echo the halls. Countdown. The stations would explode, taking the Derelict with them, in just under a minute. Was Galactic Times really willing to blow themselves up? Perhaps. In each of the stations, an evacuation of personnel began.
-
A number of the personnel would inhale the gas, which was no longer on a visible spectrum. IT effect on them would over power survival and trained regiment, making them ravenously horny. The personnel would most likely do as their bodies urged. The main power circuit would fry at this point as a number of the uncontained rats nimble and chomped at the stations systems.
The butterflies just spread throughout the station spreading the gas further, as a number of hard drives, data units, and paper work disappeared. Of particular interest, employee records disappeared.
the Team that had docked th0e now destroyed Derelict exploded from the inside out, as little girls emerged from this now beef-jerky like corpses. The girls giggled, as they took command of the small vessel. The butterflies, rats, and many other things on the station disappearing as the small ship disappeared in a flash of light.
A flash would be detected on the station at multiple points. a dozen crates beeped strangely, as an odd radiation emanated from them.
-
OOC: *Looks at where topic is going, throws hands up and silently walks away*
-
With the stations going to hell and life support failing now, all hope seemed lost. C4 triggers prepared to detonate as the result of a fail safe.
-
The C4 Exploded as the H-3 reactors also hit critical mass. A small destroying explosion would destroy everything first, followed by a large nuclear detonation. All of the rats, butterflies, and what not were gone. However, before this explosion a whole orgy had been caused by the gas that a good number of the personnel had inhaled.
Moans and screams of pleasure echo throughout the five stations halls. Torn uniforms littered the halls, and the security cameras would be recording what could amount to a porno.
-
However; as the five explosions occurred, nobody was harmed. Why? Because this whole time, none of the five stations had been real. The derelict ship and everything that had come with it was trapped in an illusion pocket dimension. They just didn't know it. The real Galactic Times Spacestation was unharmed and unconcerned.
-
Yet, they had gotten away with their employment records, their teams vessel, and they had lost valuable lives to this strange incident. Should they chose, this "Ghost" story would be front page news the next day. A mystery to end all mystery, who or what had killed these brave people, who had risked their lives to investigate the Derelict in the pocket dimension.
