erritory Name: Avalon 
Territory Description: Finding a planet with strange readings Celso would send a crew comprised of Zane, Lucien and some others to investigate. Upon examining the planet they would find designs for capital ships that had never existed and also highly advanced pieces of other tech. The planet itself seemed to be old like it had been there for centuries as some sort of record of a long extinct race.  On the planet would also be a DNA data-base of Lorcar along with other races such as Zarethian, and even others. So Lucien at the orders of Celso has built research stations on the planet in order to determine what all this tech is and how to use it.

Basically think of it as a massive genetic repository with some fairly advanced tech.

I thought it could be some sort of Guardian means of preserving all the DNA so that if a massive complete extinction happened, something could be done later?

...Because they totally have all the DNA for all the fairly recently developed races out there despite the base being really old.

Its like a whole planet made to get Hawk DNA for experiments, particularly Lorcar DNA because he doesnt want to attack them to acquire it!
