Title: Dance Kuro, Dance
Post by: Capxeno on February 07, 2012, 01:37:02 AM
a sullen child, who seemed to be one of the orphans that still lived among the new inhabitents of Inarin. He was looking for someone, had been looking 8 tears for someone. If only he realized he never left the dreary neighborhood, thus never stood a chance at finding who he was looking for. He was supposed to follow this someone.

Poor kid.

((OOC- So what, Kuro just... Got lost on Inarin? That is like shockingly cute))

The orphanage that tried to take him in did not understand this child at all, he seemed like nothing any of the nurses who had come to Inarin could understand. They determined the shock of what had happened on False Heaven may have turned him into the dark apparition he was. Still he didnt seem to harm anything so they kept a room for him when he needed it. It did seem like none of the three Templars ever specifically came to this village however, perhaps Jay or Inari visited once every now and then but that was really it.

OOC: Aaaaand... necropost.

Appearing in the village's orphanage was none other than Inari, carrying Rin in her arms. Naturally, the woman in the foyer of the orphanage, a maid, was at first scared at the sudden arrival, but, upon realizing that it was Inari who had appeared, she calmed down and gave a slight courtesy to the Templar, who smiled warmly at the maid. "Madam Inari! What a pleasure for you to humble us with a visit! The children will be so pleased!"

"I love children," Inari replied kindly, "They're so CUTE! Oh... But... Hey, Rin... Wait... What did Nek say your brother's name was again? Aaaaahh... I can be such an idiot sometimes! Rin, can you tell the nice lady what your brother looks like?"

Rin who had been silent since being picked up now shrugged her small shoulders once again while sucking her thumb, "Rin does not know. Rin has never met brother. Brother with Jay?"

"Okay," Inari replied, thinking hard, "Let's see. Well, if he's your brother, he probably looks like you, s-"

At this point, the maid spoke up. "Don't worry, madam. I think we know exactly who you're looking for. There's a rather strange boy who joined us recently, and, well... I think it'd be best for you to see for youself. This way, the both of you. Don't worry, now, right along, dears. I warn you, it can be a bit frightening to see at first, but we've done our best to help the poor boy. This way, now, hurry along."

And sure enough, behind a door at the end of the hall, Kuro was in a bedroom, still dancing away.

At the sight of Kuro who continued to dance, Rin promptly dropped out of Inari's arms, falling to the the ground rather daintily for such a young child. Tilting her head in a quizzical manner, Rin walked over and stared at Kuro. "Brother?" To which Kuro said nothing. Then - without warning, Rin suddenly smacked Kuro across the face which caused the other child to stop his dancing.

"Mommy send Rin to find Brother. Brother s'posed to find Jay. Has Jay been found?"

Once again, Kuro responded with nothing, only standing there as if in a trance. This proceeded to confuse Rin more as an expression of puzzlement fell upon the little girls face. It was apparent Kurai had never informed her daughter just how mindless she had made her son/daughter/other child.

"Well, that's so bizarre!" Inari commented, blinking as she moved to the left, then to the right, circling him, studying Kuro, not sure what to think of this situation. She held out her hand, and a little, black book appeared in her hand, which she opened, flipping through the white pages in an attempt to find out what had happened to him. Finding the page she wanted, her thumbs ran across the page as she said, "Lessee here... Hmm... Oh!"

She read the text she'd been looking for, blinking, trying to understand what it meant, and then her eyes got wide as the book disappeared and she glared at Kuro and Rin once more, blinking.

"Oh!" she remarked, "It says here how that Kurai woman is your mother!"

She walked over to Kuro, kneeling down and staring him in the eyes. "You've been stuck here all along, haven't you, buddy? Your mommy abandoned you? That's no way for a mother to act."

She turned to face Rin, blinking. What should she do? Did she need to let Rin and Kuro leave back to that Kurai? Or did she need to rescue these two and keep them away from her? She honestly didn't know what the best thing to do was. Keep them away from their mother or let them go? Sighing, she sat down, frowning as she folded her legs indian style. She hated having to make choices. With a sigh out, her eyes darted across the ground when she saw Rin's feet.

They look exactly like that woman.

Looking at the two children's facial features, she nodded. She couldn't separate them from their mother, no matter how evil she was.

"Rin, do you know where your mommy is?"

"Rin last saw mommy when she joined the roof." The little girl replied, her eyes still on Kuro who stood before her silent as ever. "Mommy tell Rin to find brother. Nothing else. Just find brother. Rin has found brother. Now what should Rin do?"

Inari blinked. "Roooof? Hmm, why would anyone... Join a roof?" She sat there, frustrated for several minutes, thinking, but well, as best as she tried, she had no idea what any of this meant. Maybe Jay or Nek would know better. She smiled at the kids, trying to reassure them. "Hold on, we'll get this taken care of right away, alright?" Holding out her hand, it began to glow a bright, silver colour.

The young girl silently nodded before promptly grabbing Kuro's wrist, with no protest from the latter. After that the little girl stared at Inari with her wide golden eyes filled to the brim with curiosity and a hint of innocence."Does Rin and brother meet Jay now? Mommy said to find Jay."
