Things are getting MASSIVELY aggravating here. Not SP here, home here. So, to help me avoid, removing some teeth, what do you guys do to calm yourselves down when you get angry with someone?

Try to see things from their perspective. Open honest, mature dialogue with the person. Understand when you need to walk away for 5-10 minutes and put on some stress-relieving music.

Well... I usually end up just debating more with the person.
However, sometimes the best thing is to go do something you truly enjoy alone, and do it just that. Alone.

I kinda of end up just playing video games or listening to one song almost endlessly for the whole day. Not a very good solution, but it is one, I suppose.

I listen to piano musics or techno(soft?) to keep a content mood. Rock music makes people more agressive when things are already heated :P

Read a book. Even if it stresses you, it'll stress you in a different direction and cancel things out a bit. I'm sorry for the stress I've caused, I know I've been arguing quite a bit, heatedly.

Oh don't worry Nik, it's no one online. Honestly I've been rather distant from SP for a while, IRL things are getting in the way.
