 :( I go to try and press chat but it doesnt work and it keepts tellin me somethin about windows fire wall can not do it and i dont no what this means so plz help i just want to chat  :'( :'( :'(

Um... Okay, ask someone else at your house who knows more about computers to help you make an "exception" in your firewall.
