Five Frigates, escorted by a Capital ship would arrive above Fioa. Each of these were Neo Narrikian ships. It was time to make an alliance with the Fioans and start alliances and trade between them. So one of the ships, that contained Lucien Dolos would send down a transmission to the planet below. Greetings Fioans, this is the Neo Narrikian Empire, and we are here to make an alliance.

They were hailed Currently we hold all diplomacy upon the Rebirth Megalith. I'm sure you can spot it nearby.
