Title: Don't Question My Molecular Structure! >:O

Helix
History-ish:The Helix are best known to spread a mysterious virus that deforms any living thing. But because some Helixes were born deformed(missing a tail or limb), they were vulnerable to their own virus. The missing limbs or tails, even scars from fights with other Helixes leave an open wound. The sign of living flesh not concealed in a membrane meant easy prey. When infected with their own virus, the radioactive mingling within causes them to go insane and feel a pain to where they just die in some weird manner(explode, screech til they die, self-combustion, etc). These twisted creatures are only seen as drooling messes that glow in the dark that only want to kill whatever's in their site. Even in mating season, the mate only has a few minutes to reproduce before trying to flee from a sudden frenzy by the female, going back into kill mode.

mRNA and DNA Helixes don't really get along, despite being near the same breed. mRNA Helixes are worse in agression than a DNA Helix. They're already practically insane. mRNA Helixes are a result of a surviving infected DNA Helix. They managed to find a way to reproduce, generally starting off by stealing a DNA Helix and mating with them, then passing on their genes to the offspring(when the offspring is an adult) and so on until mRNA can breed with another mRNA.

mRNA Helixes tend to be female while DNA are mainly male.
mRNA: 75% F
DNA: 75% M
Origin: Acanthros
Power/Magic: The Helix breed's magic involves using its spiked helixes to send blasts of energy to alter/distort another creature or plant. Their markings(Full of radioactivity) help create the deformations of its target. The Helix is an agressive breed, meaning that they will disease and mutate its victim and spread the "virus". Touching its radioactive markings and spikes will infect the person who came into contact, but the nonglowy/spiked areas are safe.
Rarity: So rare, you'll spend the rest of your life searching for that same monster again.
Species: Dragon-subspecies(Flightless)
Weakness: Their own virus.
-Injury: If the injury is deep enough to see the bone or the limb is torn off, they can't heal the damage. instead, they are vulnerable to another Virus.
Appearance(s):
-Anatomy: The Helix breed received their name from the "Ladder" formation and twist like that of the double helix. There are two versions of this species, based on DNA and mRNA. The Helix dragons with a lighter base with a radioactive neon color that's the opposite of the helix spikes are the DNA variation. mRNA Helixes are generally dark-grey to black with neon marking colors right next to the helix spike color in the color wheel. They don't have eyes on their head/neck/torso. Instead, the eyes are placed on the sides of the tongue.
