Destiny's Hope exited FTL over Lothar and as Logan stood up from his seat at the controls the ship received a transmission.
<Transmission>
"This is Director Ashton of the Academy. Please identify yourself."
</Transmission>
"Mark Macky. UEM and friend of the Academy." Mark said in response.
<Transmission>
"Mark? Welcome back. It has been quite sometime since we last heard from you. Your ship isn't UEM grade though, why the change?" The Director asked.
</Transmission>
"I'll explain all that but first we are requesting permission to dock." Mark replied. A second later the ships navigation computer began displaying instructions where the ship can dock and Logan began running the computer to have the ship dock.
Afterwords Logan and Mark explained what was happening to Zane and after long debate he decided to help them if they could help him. Zane explained to them that they needed an actually working FTL Drive blue prints and that they have heard of a group of machines under the rule of something called DAIS that had working FTL drives from one of the people at the space port.

After long talks the Destiny's Hope took off again and set out to find this so called DAIS.
