Posting this now since I'll be off and on busy today.
Leaving for You know where tomorrow (Cap most likely will be coming with.)
This means all my stuff is off limits and characters, areas, etc can't be attacked. And I mean ALL OF IT.

Alright so a few updates.
1. NO MORE RESTRAINING ORDER. After running into a cop and -nearly- getting arrested.
, I was informed that the mother got the RO for Gaser while he was a minor and the day he turned 18, the protection of it for HIM was null. I still have one but just for the mother anfd family. Contact with Gaser IS ALLOWED. No legal issues.
2. He is no longer at the school he once was in last I talked to him in May. We went up there and the teacher said he did good there but transferred out beginning of the next school year. Most likely because it was a private school and required money to attend. We THINK he was transferred back to his school he was at before he ran away. Not sure but that's our only lead.
Due to that I'll be hoboing it in California a bit longer, perhaps a few more days till contact is made, since there's still the RO barring knocking on the house door or going there as she is there.
Kinda exciting though... living on the streets that is. Walking everywhere, sleeping in libraries in the day time, going to Starbucks, Libraries, and Mc.Donalds for wifi and outlets to charge electronics. Spending nights drinking coffee at Denny's till 6.....
....yeah. I've gone on insane. But extend this to few more days!

Anyways, we stalked the streets today, lol. To watch for school busses in and out around there. Me, further than 100 yards watching Aviation BLVD exit, about 5 blocks away, Ty across the street watching the house and getting unwanted looks from everyone in the neighborhood. ...He never came out or went in, the mother never left to go get him and there wasn't ONE DAMN school bus around the area. What does this mean? Not there anymore? Home schooled? Held home due to us being in state? Nothing makes sense anymore... I think he's still there though or the mother wouldn't have worried that we were 'kidnapping' her son or sending a message to him. ...So I dunno.
We're trying Plan... uhhh passed E I think now.

Cops outside of Library right now, she had reason to suspect my friend that with me he IS totally dogged still. They can't come into library though because it's public property, waiting for them to leave before finding a different place. Just please respond normal.

Alright so it's clear to talk now. My friend that went with me went to knock on the door and pretend to be a friend from Gaser's old school by saying he just came by to wish him a happy birthday, I stayed a street away passed 100 yards and gave the friend my tape recorder to record it all. The mother suspected him straight up and he turned the corner signaled me to run to the library as the mother followed him there after calling the cops. HOWEVER because it's public property they cannot come in to do anything but the mother came in and looked at my face like invasion of privacy. I have a hat and hood on hiding my hair and she ducked and looked, bitch. Either way that confirmed it she said "Hi we're waiting." ...But I don't think the cops can do anything can they? I'm not within 100 yards and I have my story straight that I was down here for other reasons went to Torrance to see if I could get a record of the second court hearing but had an anxiety attack and had to go to the hospital (the hospital part is true last night.) Because laptop and phones were dead my friend and I needed a place to charge them and the only library I knew of was the one near but not within 100 yards of his house since we didn't know the area. So we walked there to charge our electronics....

Alright so when you get on here's what went down. (Good news.) While sitting there waiting for the cops to left, they all left but then a higher ranking one came in and asked us what was going on... we stuck to the story and he told us the mother was a bit 'off' but that he told her to go home and that ALSO told her her son is 18 now and it wouldn't be kidnapping even if we were there to meet him that if he wants to leave now he can, she has no jurisdiction over her son. THEN he told us, get this that RO? Is only for her and her family now he was only on it as a minor she got for him. Now that he's 18 he has to want to be on it as his name on it is now useless and that if he wants to contact us OR us contact him away from the mother it's fine. The cop said this
THEN the cop offered to give us a ride to a different library about 3 blocks away to charge our stuff and that we weren't arrested or in custody or anything, just a ride. We have nothing to worry about with cops now.
I just can't go near the mother or her house as she can 'accuse me' of trying to see her or stalking her. But Francis? Fine. But we still need a way to contact him...that's where we came up with a plan.

My god.. 5K? For a simple restraining order violation? Shitty.
Well i got one of my buddies that i podcast with to look over it (He was in the police version of ROTC) and basically, he says that shes going to be on house arrest when she gets out (She got lucky), obviously its only a misdemeanor, she was taken in on 4/13 at 10:52 pm PST, due for court on 4/17 at 8:30 am PST,Not allowed visitors, and is pretty much fucked.
If the bail was a little lower, id post for her, but thats a big price tag for me to pay, sorry Hik. Any body up to fly to LA to help her in court? :/

The good news is she didn't really violate the restraining order, from what I understand. And considering the court will now have no choice but to appoint her a lawyer, she may be able to turn the tides of all this.

I don't know exactly how much money I have right now, saving for wedding, but we warned her this could happen. I would give some money for the site, but will not pay a cent for something that we told her she shouldn't do.

Sorry. I have less than a dollar to my name right now. Besides, she did this to herself. we ALL told her not to do something stupid and she went and did it anyway. Hell, we all told her to not even go. I'm not about to help her get out of something she brought upon herself. She needs to learn that her actions have consequences, sometimes ones that she can't predict. I'd say this is a pretty good opportunity.

No, not really. House arrest does not mean youre under arrest in your home.

No dude. Unless she can pay the bail she is in jail[i/i] With bail, she'd be under house arrest. House arrest is where you cannot leave your property and you have a GPS tracking anklet on that alerts the cops the moment you step off your property. Bail is to make sure you don't just skip town. They know she can't pay 5K.

We were sitting at starbucks, Ty (the guy that went with me) had someone on FB leave a message on the phone that we were waiting at Starbucks (a flaw) I knew we should of did Mickey D's and ewatched from across the street to see what happened.
But it was cold, it was rainy and we were sick of walking so we traded comfort for risk. A mistake... In the end I was arrested on false pretense and held on the fact it 'sounded liked my voice' I got off with an OR and schedule for pre-trial in May. I CHOSE to take it to trial. I will not take a plea bargain or claim guilty for something I know I am completely innocent of. I...like my character have too much pride for that. I will prove it was not me in May.
...but it doesn't really matter. I got my conclusion 'Gaserlake' is no more... the cops that arrested me informed me that I can't talk to him still.... WHY? Because she changed him.... a years time was just enough time for her to get in his head and change him.... He had the chance to take his name off the restraining order. According to the cops that arrested me he opted to keep it on.... he opted to press charges..... The same Gaserlake that once said he'd defend me in court and that no matter what happened he was still my 'brother' changed and took her side.............Gaserlake is no more.
Also Hawthorne police are corrupt they didn't read me or anyone elses in there's rights. They said they didn't have to. I dunno about them but I've always heard if a policeman doesn't read you your rights they can't arrest you. A NATIONAL law... I WILL be suing their asses.

Can we drop this now? No. In the cop car, yes, not incriminating interrogation though. I think the only question I got was "When was the last time you talked to him? Which was in reference to what she said next "He opted to keep his name on the restraining order." It wasn't asking if I contacted him, it was pointing out that he had changed from the time I did.
Other than that, no, no questions. They arrested me, took me to the station, fingerprinted, threw me in a cell for 4 days. LIED TO ME and said I'd be out in a day or two that I had no court date and that it was up to him (the cop) when he wanted to release me. And treated me like a dog when innocent.
