Personality (one paragraph minimum): Allen is a very soft spoken man. He lives by the philosophy of FDR who said to "Speak softly, but walk with a big stick." a saying that he embodies. Although he may seem timid, he can be forceful, and back up his threats. Relationship wise, he is a very caring individual, but may appear submissive to other people. He is a man who likes to be in control of each and every situation, learning from his teacher, Alexandere Decadea.

Character's History (Minimum 3 Paragraphs): Allen Hamilton was born during the migrant fleet phase of the Zarethian Empire on the ZIS, Lanyard. He was schooled in the Fleet's primary schooling system, along with the other children his age. After his own schooling, he joined the Zarethian Military and graduated Basic Training at the top of his class. After only 3 years in the service, and after making the rank of Corporal, he was recommended to go to OCS.
After graduating OCS with flying colors, he was promoted to Second Lt, and assigned as his company's S-2 Intelligence Officer. After serving for 3 years as an S-2, he transferred to the Zarethian JSOC where he served as a squad leader with a covert operations team. After 4 years service with his squad, he was promoted to First Lt.
Although most of his military carreer is classified, he participated in an unknown operation that gained him the attention of his superiors, including the attention of a Naval Lt. Commander, Aki Sora, who requested that he be transferred branches to serve in one of her SF units. After her own promotion to Commander, He followed and took her place as Lt. Commander. He continued to follow suit as he took over the Battlegroup XO positions as Sora, now a Naval Captain, took over command of the BG. He was eventually transferred and promoted to Naval Captain. He quickly retired from the Navy when the option for politics came around.
During his time as an SES Government worker in the Capitol, he joined the Worlds Without Boundaries as an Operative. He remained a part of the WWB until their disbandment in 2054. In 2054, along with his teacher, Alexandere, he was elected to the Senate. He now serves as the 7th Interim Senate Leader since Decadea’s death, since Jared Darin’s resignation.

I'd like to ask what all the acronyms are about and remind you respectfully that the Zarethians are not the United States and likely will not have the some acronyms for most things.

OCS- Officer Candidate School
SES- Sr. Executive Service: a government employee pay grade equal to pay grades O7 through O10.
JSOC- Joint Special Operations Command
SF- Special Forces
S-2: Military slang for an Intelligence Officer either on a Battalion or Brigade level.

Alright, i get that i got the quote wrong. It was in my head when i thought of the character, but i wasnt exactly sure which Roosevelt said it, or the exact wording.
