It's to complicated. What if you want a material? There's to many areas that you wouldn't need to fill in. Also, primary and secondary effects should be in the description, or at least early on in the template to avoid redundancy or at let the staff see what's going on early on.

We perhaps do need a tech template but this one is rather counter-productive.
