On his way to the capital with his student Joshua, Aseron would be ambushed by dozens of men in black uniforms...disgruntled infinity inc employees who would barrage him and Joshua both with machine gun fire before they had a chance to defend themselves. The result would of course be their death. News crews would gather, and funerals would be planned...but Infinity INC was disbanded with the death of Aseron.

The men responsible for this were identified almost immediately given the almost excessive amounts of satellite and camera feed that could positively identify them. Soon dispatches of police units were sent out to find and detain these men. When they were detained and fully identified, they were shot in the back of the head and their bodies rolled into a crematorium. Such was the fate of all criminals.
As such, however, the Zarethian government took control of Infinity Inc in order to prevent its collapse from harming the already staggering economy. It soon became known as Zinfinity Inc.
