All Anrufe Technology:Due to the Mechera's...Deal with Delta, they now have the schematics of all Anrufe technologies, allowing them intricate understanding of it all and the ability to produce it. They also have data pertaining to Anrufe Cybersecurity, allowing them to hack into Anrufe technologies and take them over remotely.
Field of Locked Chronological Linearity:After learning that the Anrufe had a Chronomancer on their side(and of course that such was possible), the Mechera developed this field. Using both conventional technology and Pseudo Magic, it 'locks' time itself within the afflicted area. What tbis does is prevent unnatural distortions of time, and keeps it flowing normally(ex. A time dilation field caused by a black hole would be unaffected, whereas a time mage or whatever would be incapable of altering the natural flow of time). It is of note that this technology can in no way progress to control of time itself via technological means, and cannot be modified to facilitate such...Its ONLY a field that normalizes time within the affected area, nothing more, nothing less.
It is of note that, though the Mechera do not know this, the field itself DOES actually strengthen time and prolonged exposure of it to a area known for unnatural time anomalies or damage to time itself can and very likely will result in a 'repairing' of this anomaly/damage.
Chaos/Order Normalization Nanites:A nanite equipped with a tiny Pseudo-Magic core. This core allows it to 'normalize' a area around it of Chaos or Order energy. However, individually the area of normalization is extremely negligible, so they have to be deployed in large, visable clouds. As well, due to the nature of this technology, both in its extremely small size and the what its meant to counteract, its instability is much higher than average Pseudo-Magic Cores, leading to their deployment having much more...Undesirable affects occurring.

Not sure about the time one, ask Jeebus. Rest approved.

Sorry K2. :(
Approved

Last you said the pseudo-magic thing was unstable and only 60% finished in its first prototype. Then WHY can it all of a sudden power so many new technologies without there being severe consequences? And Instability doesn't count. I mean a percent that it won't even work, and such.
Agreed with K2 for the time one ask Jeebus.

The main issue here is that regular magic has a hard time fucking with time- Pseudo-Magic would find it even harder. I'm also quite curious as to where the Mechera learned that the Anrufe had a time manipulator- He wasnt in the battle xD
EDIT: Ah, right my bad just read the latest topic pertaining to that.
Another major problem is that the Mechera haven't yet experienced a sample of time manipulation, its like trying to cure cancer when you dont know how cancer works.

No. Latest Pseudo-Magic Cores are up to 95% Stability and are being mass produced, which is well stable enough for widespread use. And yes, I have requested this, and it was approved. By you, in fact. Topic is here: http://shatteredplanes.com/forum/index.php?topic=5144.0
As for severe consequences, that actually was the point of the whole instability thing. The more unstable a Pseudo Magic Core is, the more often that Bad Things happen. Very Bad Things. Im not talking 'the Core shuts down while you're using it' bad, Im talking 'it turns your circuitry to muscle and flesh and causes it to break your metal carapace, while altering the laws of reality around you so that this unholy union of flesh and metal can even still function, and erases your very mind and replaces it with that of a unholy hellspawn from the 7th layer of hell with a hunger for all se.tient things and the ability to change its form, both mechanically and organically, to something more suited to this task' Bad, or 'spontaniously creates a blaze of fire with a appetite for magic and Pseudo-Magic, and will seek both out and anything that uses them anywhere that it can burn, which is basically anywhere within the atmosphere because its also pretty much immune to water' Bad. And yes, there is still a chance those can happen, its just greatly lessened because its more stable than it was(though, anything that DOES happen will probably be related to what the intention that it was going to be used for;it'll do something related to what you wanted it to, but much worse and incapable of turning it off. The hellspawn example could come about from so much as trying to fix shrapnel damage(related by changing your current form), while the Wildfire example could happen by trying to make a fireball(related by Fire). Its not impossible for something completely unrelated to happen, but the one constant is that its something that can and will hurt, maim, or probably kill you and everyone near you if they cant save themselves when its instability does kick in).
And Jeebus, it wasn't so much they only asked what the members could do, but also all data the DAIS had on them, which would include how they do what they dk(and the DAIS, considering their mission is to archive all information that exists, would've probably gotten that. For the matter, I do believe Delta said that was the only reaskn he and the DAIS were working with the Anrufe, that they were being given information of all kinds by the latter, so it stands to reason that they'd have such data). A more accurate analogy, in my opinion, would be for a race that'd never encountered cancer before finding all the data a dead, extremely advanced civilization had on it, and then continuing the research until they figured it out. I will give you that ot would be hard to test it, since they wouldn't have any chronomancers to test it on(obviously), but by no means would it be impossible to develope. I should also point out that the Core is only a single part of the device, even if its a crucial one. The Core mostly makes the device's intended function possible, it doesn't pull all the weight. That why, while Pseudo-Magic is generally inferior to Real-Magic, when incorporated into these kinds of mechanisms its able to do all sorts of things that would be hard for a Mage to do alone:Its not actually doing the devices function, just its part of it.
Edit:Also, to clarify Hik, when I HAD requested the 60% thing you were referring to, that was only how stable it was, not how finished the project was. Still by all means too unstable for mass use at that point, but ithe Mark-II Cores were by all means 'finished' at that time. Doesn't make much difference in this discussion, especially since the Mark-II Cores were never used except for the Conman(the Mark II was requested as more of a 'this is how far they are in their research', not a 'thisrule is a viable technology for use at this point'), but I wanted to clarify.

Kinda need Jeebus' involvement here, but otherwise I think it all looks good.
