~Eli sat with a serene smile, it did not seem the lack of magic concerned him. He maintained the paradise conditions of the north through methods outside of methods. The very existence of the North, while not always so, was now very much tied to his being.
He had sent for Hikari and Fido, he wished to have an audience with them both... a task of great importance to ~Eli needed to be carried out.
-
Hikari walked forward into the throne room of Eli with Fido following close behind her, her face was blushed as she kept her head down, "Y-y-you called my lord?" Hikari squeaked, her nervousness sadly obvious.
-
The throne room was filled the same milky light that blanketed the entirety of the North. This light was the source of itself, contently created, and sustained by perpetual genesis, within the throne room, this light was the most intense.
~Eli sat relaxed yet stern upon the throne, with a smile that conveyed nothing of intentions beyond, its fatherly and serene countenance. He gazed at Hikari directly into her eyes, with a look that was as if piercing into her very existence before telling her why he summoned her.
"Hikari... thank you for bring Fido. You see that basket on the table?" pointing to the a basket filled with flowers, sweets, and a chessboard. "Its a gift for Lucifer... and I ask for you to deliver it."
The entrance to the throne room suddenly changed into a marbled bridge, that lead into a blinding white light. "I have most literally, created a bridge into Hell for you. Only Fido and you can cross it, and will disappear the moment you do... and to return... you must call upon me... for there is no magic to aid you in this task."
-
Hikari quickly lowered her eyes to the floor feeling herself unworthy to meet the gaze of Lord Eli. Though she couldn't help but glance over to the gift basket as he explained her mission, "M-m-my Lord are you sure it is wise for us to go to H-h-hell?" She gulped as Fido hung his head and whined, the dog feeling the fear of Hikari and reacting to it as well. "That place is horrible!"
-
~Eli rose from his throne with smooth grace, only to come closer to Hikari. The milky light of his presence nearly blinding that close, gentlingly running his hand through her hair, ~Eli spoke in a soft voice.
"While the task is not easy, I have my reasons for it. Do you doubt me, Hikari?" ~Eli seemed like a serene father, just trying to confirm his feeling should be hurt by his child's doubt.
-
"N-no my lord.." Hikari nearly fainted as he touched her hair, regret instantly filling her for ever once questioning ~Eli.
-
(OOC: Sorry, but you guys are taking too long.)
General Tepper walked into the room, and stood by the doorway, and waved to Fido. He carried a packet in his hands, and waited for Eli.
-
With a fatherly smile, ~Eli gazed into General Tepper eyes, "Hikari, you know you mission. I expect you to back in time for dinner, Fido will be quite hunger afterwords." continuing to smile as if a the very essence of fatherhood, "Now, Tepper my child, you wish to convey something to me?
-
"I-i-if you're sure my lord..." Hikari quickly gazed the ground, motioned Fido to follow her and took off running across the bridge, basket in hand before ~Eli could say another word. The atmosphere was unbearable at that time and she just had to leave at once. Luckily this task, though dangerous and fear inducing to Hikari, provided her such escape she needed as well.
"Now Fido.... once we get into Hell, be sure to stay by my side the entire time..." Hikari shuddered with each step she took towards the place, regretting more and more for accepting this task. Fido gently licked her hand to reassure her as they walked on.
