Shielding:While for the most part, the shielding systems are of the usual strength level as most other empires, they do have two key differences between them-Firstly, as they were developed by a nation of Vampires, they completely block out Ultraviolet wavelenths and generally dulls the light of any sun, seeing as Ultraviolet radiation burns Vampires. Secondly, their shields are designed to prevent particles of any kind of field through them, in order to prevent them from being affected by AM, AT, AP, ect. kinds of technologies. This part of the shield was developed specifically to prevent AM fields from getting through and weakening Vampires(which, as a general rule, are VERY powerful Mages due to their use of Blood as a catalyst for all of their magic), however they noticed that it had the upside of blocking all other kinds of fields as well, unlike common shields which appear to allow them through. There is a downside to this, of course...Because it stops all of their own fields from being projected as well. Due to this, the Coalition rarely uses fields themselves, because it means taking their shielding systems completely offline. For the record, this is their standard shielding technology on all of their ships and whatever else they have with shielding.
Teleportation: The Coalition have updated Teleportation technology that bypasses shielding systems. Quite simple, not a very big difference between normal teleportation tech(hell, Im not sure if normal Teleportation tech does this already), but I wanted to put this here for the record that they can Teleport to and from a location that is protected by most normal shielding systems.
Blood Harvester:A sinister weapons technology employed by most ships in their fleet, Blood Harvesters literally teleport the blood out from the crew of a opposing vessel or the population of a planet being attacked and into massive collection tanks on board the vessels. This technology works by using the same principle of a mass teleportation(as in, teleporting many things in a given area) at once, but with a filter set on the technology so that it specifically targets blood plasma, hemoglobin(as well as hemocyanin, and various other possible proteins that would serve the same purpose), and haematocytes of oxygen-breathing humanoid species(which, more likely than not, have blood similar enough to a human/whatever that it would fall within this type of filter, given that pretty much every humanoid race looks basically the same. . .). This serves a dual purpose for the Vampires, as it not only basically murders the enemy soldiers via extreme blood loss without necessary damaging the enemy ship, but it also gives the Vampires on board the vessels with the Blood Harvester a abundance of food supplies. While a powerful weapon, it does have a charge time that is dependent on exactly how much area is going to be Harvested of blood, as well as how much space is left in the collection tanks. Exacts vary from ship type to ship(especially concerning Collection Tank size), but a general rule is that for a single Harvester, it takes two posts time to charge up against a Capital, four posts against a Super Capital, six posts for a Sub-Titan, and eight posts for a Titan(these charge up times are assuming that the vast majority of the ship is going to be Harvested, a smaller area of the ship will take less time to charge up).
Eclipse Class Titan: The Eclipse is the heart of the Coalition fleet. A massive warship, it possesses hundreds of thousands of plasma and laser turrets and missile platforms of various sizes all across its hull, many of them each the size of a frigate. In addition, its armor plating is made of a much harder material than most of the ships in the Coalition's fleet, hard enough that if it needed to it could smash into a few Capital and Super Capital ships with minor damage and keep going(in fact, thats a viable tactic occasionally used by the them when the odd Empire discovered them). In addition, those two things at each side aren't seperate ships, but are instead non-connected pieces of the Titan. While unconnected, it isn't accurate to say that they move independently from it, as every movement is controlled directly by the Eclipse through a manner not unlike telekinesis, though not exactly the same and only affecting those two platforms. The outer sides of the platforms are both reinforced further than the normal armoring and sharpened to a fine blade, allowing them to hack and slice through nearby enemy ships, all while the weapons aboard them kept up the attack as well. By far the most dangerous factor is that it possesses four huge Blood Harvesters, allowing it to quickly drain the blood from the crew of a enemy fleet of the people of a planet. It does possess internal Collection Tanks, but the massive indention that runs down the center of the ship is actually a reservoir for containing the majority of the blood collected, and has a clear-metal hull at its top. This is primarily a psychological warfare strategy, to show enemy forces that the Coalition is stealing their blood and flaunting this fact at them. Supplementing these facts, the Titan does have five Anti-Titan cannons on its underside, and a total of fifteen Anti-Super Capital batteries down there too.

Starlight Class Sub-Titan: The Starlight is essentially a massive missileboat. Between the two large 'plates' of hull are thousands of frigate-sized missile pods, and many more lie just underneath the armor of the hull(the plating retracts to let these pods fire, otherwise they remain hidden beneath). Additionally, attached to the outside of the hull are four huge missiles. The warheads of these missiles have enough destructive power to cripple a super-capital ship; not nearly as powerful as the four enginemissiles on a certain Sub-Titan belonging to a different Empire, but still enough to blast apart a enemy fleet(though once fired, they dont get any more until the battle is over and they have a chance to resupply). While it is primarily a missileboat, it does possess other weapons, such as two Blood Harvesters and a decent sized Collection Tank for a Sub Titan, and three main guns. The first two are housed just behind the main missile pods and running the length of the Hull Plates, these are average Anti-Titan batteries. The third, which runs down the center of the entire battleship, is a high-power Anti-Titan Rail Cannon that fires rounds designed to pierce Titan-Class Armoring and contains a explosive payload on a delayed detonation of about a second after the round first hits the enemy ship. Finally, the last weapon in its arsenal is the two Gravitaty Manipulators Rings seen at the back end of the ship. These two rings generate and control gravity around the ship, up to five gs of gravitational force. They allow the ship to exert this force on any nearby object, or project it in the direction of a faraway one to slow down enemy assaults. A pretty simple, but devestating weapon.

This'll be it for now, but not all of it before I'll be ready to actually make their planet and it survive the first few seconds of it being on the board.

The blood teleporation would not work due to the 'area of power,' aka that figurative space of bubble everyone has around them. You know when people say "you're in my bubble." Well to keep teleportation making sense as to why people can't just like teleport out of your hands if you have a grip on them or teleport waaay too close to grab you. It's been said in the past that there's basically that figurative bubble around everyone which is called area of power. If you're in someones area of power you can't teleport out, and if out of it you can't teleport in. Blood would fall under that area of power due to being in the body.
This also explains why people don't just teleport out peoples organs or teleport in them and explode. Area of power prevents that.
Of course with no magic and such no one has an area of power right now and they're all fucked unless it's a spiritual thing. It hasn't really been elaborated.
I would think it's spiritual though. Everything else approved.

After talking with ya about it in the chat, I think if I changed the Teleportation(so that it works through shields) thing and the Blood Harvester techs to Beaming instead of Teleportation, it should work regardless of the Area of Power, since Beaming works differently than Teleportation does. Unless Im not getting it at all. But eh.

All approved except the blood teleportation.
