Steam Arms
With the loss of the functionality of his original mechanical limbs, Coran has been forced to get with the times and make himself adapt so he has made steam powered limbs. While they are not as powerful, or as well-equipped as his old ones and only serve as limbs, they are also slower and make him slower at moving and weaker at strength. They are only a temporary solution to the problem, and have no computers in them whatsoever that can be affected by Alpha.

If his old limbs were robotic, how did he make steam powered limbs?

Agreed. I think it was one arm and one leg, but I don't remember. Anywho, making new tech for yourself when you're a cyborg right now is really difficult to do.
