When making your character (http://shatteredplanes.com/forum/index.php?topic=5084), you will need to chose which race you would like your character to be. Luckily, we have an extensive list of races for you to pick from, and if you are not content with the available races, you can always make your own (http://shatteredplanes.com/forum/index.php?topic=6155). If you have any questions, feel free to ask a staff member for help.

Note that unless the race topic specifically says that it is open for public use, you should PM the creator of the race and ask for permission before using it.
