Title: Chaos In The Spirit Realm
Post by: K2 on August 05, 2012, 07:01:51 PM
With a loud, forceful pop, the residents of South found themselves now within the confines of the Spirit Realm. They would find that the Spirit Realm had only two or three buildings, and for the most part was nothing but clouds, vast and fluffy but somehow binding, as if not only made of gas, so that those who were in the Spirit Realm could walk upon them.

And as soon as Kerion was in them he left, using the same method he'd used to enter South in the first place.

Ingrounded!Hikaru had just honed in on the demon who had her counterparts soul when she had rudely been telepoted to the Spirit Realm, losing sight of the demon. Even if she had chosen to contradict the teleportation and remain, the demon would have still been teleported leaving everything for naught. Grumbling to herself, Ingrounded!Hikaru materialized near her counterpart Subgrounded!Hikaru who had also been teleported. "So close... and then nothing! Whoever did that is going to die." With that she teleported back to Hell to watch the events and find an answer.

Subgrounded!Hikaru nodded and sighed, as she could sense and somewhat feel the magic start to return to the realms, but could not reach out to make contact with it, being without her soul. "Perhaps it is time to learn to use magic without a soul and rid myself of the last krutch being a sage gives." She turned around to observe the Spirit Realm in its entirety, "maybe then I would not fall into these predicaments."

When she had found what she was looking for, Subgrounded!Hikaru raised a hand and signaled the nearest of the judges, speaking up enough to be heard. "Lucifer is gone and Hell is currently in such a state it has caused what has happened here. What must be doen to get out of here? Perhaps a deal?"

"Uh," The White Judge replied, blinking, "Tea, dear?"

"You have got to be kidding me..." Subgrounded!Hikaru looked positively annoyed. By now she had had more than enough of Hell, the Spirit Realm, and every other part of the afterlife, and even the judges were now mocking her. "Tea is for weaklings, like my brother." She quickly unsheathed the katana that she had been carrying the entire time ever since Ingrounded!Hikaru had returned it to her, and smiled sweetly yet unsettling. "So how about you do your damn job and send me back to the mortal plane now before I make sure all the damn tea in existence is destroyed!" And with that she gave the katana a slash and sliced through the teapot.

The White Judge looked down at the slashed tea pot, and then back at Hikaru, and then back at the tea pot. His hot tea gushed out of the cracked tea pot and into his lap, all over his judge robes and onto his crotch. In response, he quickly hopped out of his judge seat, hands on his crotch, and began to hop across the floor of the Judging Room, yelping out various things such as, "HOLY SHERBERT!" and "SHUT THE FRONT DOOR!"

"Fool." Subgrounded!Hikaru re-sheathed the katana as she spat the insult, "That is what he gets for not answering my questions." She sighed. " I presume I will just have to find another way out of here."

"HELL! HELL!" he spat out in his mad display. The ground below Hikaru seemed to open, like a trap door folding back, and Hikaru would be falling into the darkness, on her way straight back to South. The White Judge rushed out of the room in tears as he tried to cool down his body.

Niiv looked around curiously. He had no idea why he was suddenly in the Spirit Realm, along with all the all sentient beings who had been stricken with damnation. He had had a plan that involved control of hell, but with all of it's convicts gone it had lost all apeal to him. And what of his master plan? He had had the most brilliant plan and now there was no way he would be able to-

...Wait a minute, Niiv thought.

He then began to laugh hysterically. Oh, this would be brilliant!

The convicts of Hell doomed to spend eternity digging up nothing, now standing around actually doing nothing, would see a green, white, and black being fly into the center of the attention.

"Prisoners of Hell!" Niiv shouted with triumph. "Know this! I am you're savior! How long have you dug those rancid holes in the horrid realm of the Abyss?! How many years, no, how many CENTURIES have you been kept as far away from the freedom you once held dear?! And finally, how much do you crave it?"

All eyes were on Niiv, and all mouths were silent.

"Well, crave it no longer!"

Niiv then did something many would believe was physically, magically, and spiritually impossible. However, these circumstances were ones that most people would have thought impossible. The convicts sentenced to an eternity of torment in Hell had been taken from Hell. As a result, all ties to it were severely strained. Niiv was also a being who had practiced magic for many centuries longer than many being who had studied for many centuries. And what were his greatest accomplishments?

Illusion and exportation.

Niiv had mastered the art of sensory deception, and the art of moving items across vast amounts of reality without them needing to physically move at all. His move, of coarse, was something along the lines of the latter of those two skills.

He opened thirty-two gateways to the world of the living.

It would appear as if reality were smoldering and being burned by acid. It smoked as holes burned from nothing, opening portals to various parts of the universe.

"I bet you all would like to revisit the world you once lived in, yes? I bet there are things you never crossed off your bucket list, people you never got revenge on, or things you've never been able to do in years that you miss. Well, my lovely convicts of Hell, here's your chance, Simply step through these, and you will be back; able to do whatever you want and reek as much havoc as you desire! Just promise me one thing: make it fun."

The image of Niiv winked. Niiv was a master of deception, but for once he was telling the absolute truth. As the first trillions upon trillions of damned spirits passed through, the ties they had to Hell, already stretched to their maximum potential would snap, and the damned would be free to roam the universe once more.

OOC: I believe we possibly now have a really awesome, widescale Event. Who said we ever needed staff to make one for us? ;) Just a thought.
(Also, I hope that didn't sound like a smack in the face to staff. I've actually been planning this for quite a while as just one of Niiv's little pranks. If that's all it ends up being I'm content.)
