Though the Zarethians were likely well involved in the planning of the coming gathering on New Westhot (it had been their idea, after all, the K Empire were just stepping up and taking it a bit further), they would still receive a formal transmission from their allies, the K Empire, via probe -- one probe out of many launched from various check points all over the universe.
The encoded message read:
Dear Friend!
You have been invited to [coordinates attached] to partake in a grand change of history! Years ago, the universe lost a great gathering of some of the most powerful empires in the universe, a union which was known as The Alliance. It is long since time we rebuild The Alliance anew, and bring structure to the universe once more!
Join us in this grand gathering as we make the first step in a new, exciting journey!

Addler reviewed the message and dearly hoped that, among the things discussed in this meeting was a more creative name to assign the endeavor. He nodded, somewhat satisfied and proceeded to send several diplomats to the coordinates.
