"Well, well, well..." Antonio's voice echoed in the room. It was jet black, with a little light coming from the fire within. "We meet again I see." another echo comes followed by a laugh.
Antonio walks out of the darkness on the far edge of the room. "Are they still fighting up there Ms. Tyris?"
-
"Of course they are," Ingrounded!Hikaru looked somewhat annoyed after chasing demons everywhere just to track the man in front of her down, "and cut the small talk for later. I already do not like you. Do not make me want to kill you as well. Just tell me where my counterparts soul is." She crossed her arms and narrowed her eyes into a glare.
-
"I'd be more than happy to give it back... but in the spirit of being the devil now, I would propose a deal for you." he suggested.
-
"Do not get ahead of yourself," Ingrounded!Hikaru shot back, a smirk across her face. "I know everything my counterpart knows and share everything she does. You are not the devil yet. Just about now, they are helping someone known as "Keith" to secure the spot. For the time being you share it. Besides, what more could you want? You already have more than you should from us."
-
"Well, as you've aptly put it, the one named Keith is up there trying to secure it, but the fact is that i've secured it in the proper way, and he will only cause further trouble. Get rid of the problem, and you may have what you want, and do what you please."
-
"And.. how exactly do you propose we help you without magic? I am unable to use magic in high amounts without consequence and you have the one thing that prevents my counterpart from using it as well. The damn soul!" Ingrounded!Hikaru frowned. "That very well makes everything you demand redundant."
-
"Im sure that you are very able to do so... You've survived this far havent you?" he asked. "Besides, the reward is so much greater than the trouble, wouldnt you say?"
-
Ingrounded!Hikaru's frown quickly turned to a look of contempt, "I have a better deal.." she muttered before snapping her fingers, threads throughout the room suddenly appearing around them. "Return my counterparts soul to me or I will take Hell myself. It is not something I want, but something easily obtained with this state of existence." She motioned to the threads which looked as though they went through the ceiling, walls, floor, all of it, blocked by nothing. "Simply cut the threads of spirit or magic that binds your existence to the area in question." With another snap of her fingers, the threads were then gone and she stared back at him, straight in the eyes. "So what is it going to be?"
-
He was unfazed. "Do anything to me, and your counterpart's soul will be destroyed... Now, i'd imagine that my offer is very reasonable." he said to her. "However, if you want to play hardball, i'll play hardball back Ms. Tyris. I highly recommend that you take my deal."
-
"How do I even know you have the soul? The last we saw you handed it to one of your demons which I have been hunting down one by one. I need proof before I agree to anything." Ingrounded!Hikaru rolled her eyes, "Otherwise you could be bluffing for all I know."
-
"I assure you that I have it. Otherwise, you'll just have to take that chance." he responds. "Its a simple task for a great prize."
-
"No." Flames alight in Inground!Hikaru's eyes, springing into life an dancing around the iris. "I want definite proof. That or a blood contract so I know that you will not go back on your word.
-
"Its odd that you're worried about me, but if you insist, a blood contract will be acceptable. As long as you agree to my terms as well."
-
"Write it up then!" Ingrounded!Hikaru growled having had just about enough of the entire situation.
-
Antonio materialized a contract with the specific conditions on it, making sure not to leave any loopholes. "Review and sign please."
-
"When this is over.." Ingrounded!Hikaru snatched the contract from his hand and threatened, "I will have no reason to hold back from killing you. Remember that." With a another snap of her fingers, Ingrounded!Hikaru held a dagger in her hand which she used to prick the finger of her other hand. Once dropped, the dagger faded away and Ingrounded!Hikaru quickly skimmed the contract and signed. "Seeing as your life is not even part of the deal."
-
"Nor is the recognition orb being changed back, but out of good faith, I will change it, seeing as I will have no other business or conflict with you or your counter part. I can only hope you will return the courtesy." he says. After reviewing it for himself, he runs his hand along the blade of his sword and signs.
-
"Too bad for you, I already have that taken care of." Ingrounded!Hikaru laughed aloud as she smirked. "Lucifer left a little something behind that he had no access to that solves any problems I once had with the recognition orbs. So I when I am through with this 'Keith,' I WILL be back to claim my counterparts soul and your head. You can count on that." With that she disappeared to the throne room.
-
Near Antonio, a portal opened, and from it a red gas floated out, and behind it, a disgruntled K2323, oblivious to the meeting that had just occurred between both he and Ingrounded!Hikaru. A scowl on his face appeared when he realized who this was... The one who had taken Hikaru in the first place, who had been Radical's subordinate.
"Where is my sister's soul?" he demanded.
-
"You just missed it..." he said casually. "Why are you interested in it?"
-
He grinned at the man. "I can't very well reveal that, now can I? Who has it?"
-
"Well, i dont rightfully know. Its always in transit. Now, tell me why you want it."
-
"I have an agreement with someone," he replied, scoffing, "If I retrieve the soul, I obtain... A gift. A very powerful gift. Of course, you must be wondering what you get out of this deal... What if I told you that, right now, I had the capability to... Destroy this place entirely?"
-
"And what if I told you that death threats won't work in this particular situation." Antonio said defiantly.
-
"Don't say I didn't warn you," he replied, smiling, "I'll give you one more chance. Give me what I want... Or I will destroy this place. And don't think I can't. Why do you think Radical wanted my siblings and myself so bad? Because he's afraid of us."
-
Of course, as South begin to shake, rip... K2323 knew what was going on. (See the topic "The Games"). Existence was here, wasn't it? His sister... What had she done? She... She was going to destroy them all. And then, chaos spread to them... Raw instinct kicked in as South itself was literally ripped in half.
"GET OUT OF HERE!" is all K2323 had to say before he teleported away.
-
With that, Antonio teleported out... to a location unknown.
