Aboard the Wind Storm Academy, in the darkest recesses of the entire structure there would be a flash, this flash done several things. The first thing it done was make it seem that any possible surveillance had blipped out for just a moment, that moment was long enough however for the four Celestians there to activate their suits after the teleportation and make themselves ready. That was the second thing it done, brought in the Celestians, the elite forces of the Vionix. The four that came onto the station were two pairs of one male and one female. The first pair consisted of Royal, a female with a purple cowl, and Steel, a male with a grey cowl. This team was equipped with a pair of Ion Rifles, several ion grenades and a Ripper Hand Cannon each, all with plenty of ammunition.
The second pair were Forest, a female of green cowl, and Jet, a male of black cowl. This team were equipped with a pair of Ripper Cannons each and a Seraphim Bolt Cannon. The two teams nodded to one another and then activated the AM fields on their hands and their shielding before moving off into the station.
Their objective was simple, kill anyone that wasn't a student, if they were Anrufe then they got bonus points as far as they were concerned but the main task was to seize this place and the best thing was, there was only four of them and yet a single one was easily capable of bringing down platoons of infantry and tanks on their own. At the present moment there was four, all of them J.O.I.Ned to their partner.
-
(Should i send Delta in then?)
-
(Go ahead.)
-
(Lyoko, feel free to bring in Delta whenever.)
They would find the station strangely quiet, as if anyone who had been at Ventus Tempestus had been moved after the Anrufe took the station. There were a few Level 4 Operatives onboard, basic footsoldiers and technicians of the Anrufe, though they were well secure in the locked down center of the station. The moment the Celestians arrived, the exits to their compartment began to seal and the wall near them began to... Vibrate. Very loudly.
-
The four massive warriors stepped into the compartment and looked around as the doors started to close before just shrugging. Forest looked to Jet and Steel looked towards Royal. ~We know what to do~ they sent to one another through their JOINs before Royal and Jet stepped to the doors and under them, pushing them up easily with their frankly ridiculous strength, keeping them their to make sure their way to move on or back was clear.
Forest and Steel however turned their attentions to the vibrating walls, ignoring the sound before they drew their Wavering Weapons. Forest wielding what would look like a Bowie Knife with a shimmering effect around the blade whilst Steel drew what looked like a Claymore and they then went forward, cutting the piece of vibrating wall out with the blades before tearing it out and throwing it to the side, stopping the vibrating with ease as the blade would easily slide into the armour of the wall and just cut through it as though it were nothing more than paper. The four Celestians then started to plan, bringing up their HUDs and maps in front of their eyes, plotting routes and plans.
-
"Oh, now don't tell me that the Narikians put you up to this..." a voice called out from behind them. The compartment was immediately illuminated by Delta's avatar.
-
The moment the vibrating wall was torn through, everything in that compartment and the neighboring compartments (seeing as the lockdown of that compartment had failed) found themselves being sucked out into the cold vacuum of space, the air in the room included in this gush. The four would find themselves sent flying into the cold vacuum of space, and if they survived would find the debris of the inner-contents of the compartments smashing into them.
Delta, being an AI, would be fine seeing as he wasn't really there.
The moment they were forced out of the station, shields were raised to prevent their reentry (if they survived, at that), and an Antimagic, Antiteleportation, and Antiportal field was raised to prevent more unwanted entry. Anticipating ships potentially entering the area and attacking to breach the shields, the station began to prepare weapons, mounting weaponry on top of the station at various intervals.
-
The Celestians were expecting the vacuum of space and they activated their massive energy wings, flapping once to bite back against the pull before clambering onto the ceiling and floor, their highly enhanced strength making it easy to dig in and climb along, the three Celestians climbed further into the station and hopped past Royal who dropped the door and locked them off from Delta and the vacuum, not before Forest had flipped Delta off however as a joke. High fives all around were to be had after that.
Forest, Steel, Royal and Jet all looked at one another and there was just a gentle nod before weapons were drawn, a pair of massive hand cannons into the hands of Forest, a massive rifle into the hands of Jet, and a pair of ion rifles into the hands of Royal and Steel. "Right, let's do this!" Jet shouted at the other three, his voice deep and dark. The rest of them then ran forwards with him, weapons held ready as they screamed a name of a great Vionix commander who charged into a cave of monsters and murdered most of them before dying, he left his team behind as he done this. "LEEEEEEERRROOOOIIIIII JEEEEEENNIIIKKIIINNSSSSS!!!!!" They screamed as they ran in, their weapons spitting death at everyone who didn't look like one of the students of the academy while they ran towards the position of what they were looking for,
-
(Lol)
"Nice try..." The voice sounded again, but louder this time as the compartments was locked down. "You are really messing with the wrong people." He added. His avatar materialized infront of his squad, blocking anything they could see beyond him.
"So... They actually got to you. Pity."
-
"Who... the fuck are the Narrikians?" Forest said to Delta with a laugh as the four strong teamed stopped in front of him. The green cowled warrior just shook her head and flipped him off again "We're doing this for fun damn it, we came here to get a piece of tech and then keep it from some bastard Lucien Dolos, dunno who he is... mind helping us?" She smiled hopefully under the cowl, her eyes burning brightly in their sockets as the rest of the team formed up around her, weapons held at the ready in case any Anrufe showed up.
-
"And what might that be? I've cataloged and archived every single piece of technology in this place."
-
All four Celestians seemed rather confused for a moment as though pondering over it before Forest spoke once more, a smile etched on her lips "Oh, some kind of bloody clicker or something... ehm... a Garage Clicker or something? Apparently Lucien wants it" She gave a half hearted shrug afterwards and the rest copied her.
-
"Garage opener...." he pondered. "You know this guy, Lucien, is a wanted terror fugitive. He is simply using you and your people for his own personal gain."
-
"Did we not just say earlier that we are doing to HINDER him?" She raised an eyebrow and waved a hand in front of Delta "Hello, do we look like a proper military unit? We're doing this to piss Lucien off and laugh at the bounty hunters not getting their bounty"
-
"Looks are very deceiving. IU assumed more of a Covert Operations unit for the Vioxans." he smirked. "However, if you wish to hinder him, i'd suggest leaving it in my possession. It would piss him off more, if that is the desired affect."
-
((Ehm... Vionix not Vioxans))
The entire team facepalmed and sighed as one "You realise he is coming to take it by force? He is building up a massive fleet, we got this information from some of the Mercs he's already recruited so if you gave it to us and we left then it would be a much bigger blow on him because the fleet he is building really does seem big enough to bring down this station many times over" She looked deadly serious as she said it and then cocked her head to the side thinking over what the AI just said "Vionix? Nice, you actually guessed our race, we're actually a splinter group known as the bloody hand" She pulled out the emblem of the Celestians, Delta wouldn't know this however, and showed it to the AI. It was a hand, spattered with red enamel to look like blood over a shield.
-
"The DAIS Armada is more than capable of taking on a few Narikian Ships... Which im guessing that is what the 'garage door opener' does. Opens a pocket dimension that stores a derelict Narikian Fleet. Knowing them, they no longer use computers, so their ships are at .0000000000000000000001% combat efficiency."
-
Forest just stared at Delta before shaking her head ever so slightly "Oh no my friend, there is not a single Narrikian vessel in that entire fleet, it is entirely Vionix and they've got some really shiny new toys, trust us." The rest of the team nodded along with Forest before she sighed and looked around, crossing her arms over her chest
-
"Right, but the Narikians can mess up even the best thought plans." he stated. "However, according to my catalogs there is no such device location on this station." he informed them.
-
"Well now, that's pretty annoying" Forest gave a shrug and looked at the rest of the Celestians "Welp, I guess we'll be going now" The large warriors took their weapons out once again and then walked past and through Delta to one of the shut doors before Jet drew his blade and then carved a massive rectangle out of it with the wavering sword. "Nice meeting ya AI" Forest gave him a mock salute before walking through the now hacked open door and onwards, further into the station.
-
"Hey. I liked that door. Jerk."
Further beyond in the next layer of the station was a man who appeared to be in his early twenties, wearing a T-Shirt and ripped jeans. He glared at the group with a friendly smile. But his eyes... They were pure black. He raised his hand into the air as the group entered, and the moment he raised his hand, the AM field was lowered, and a new AAM field rose around the station.
"Let's fight!"
The man, Devyn, could be felt from miles away... A man of dark energy. He wasn't a man at all... He was a negi. A being born from the darkness of man, out of his weak moments... A man born from the raw, untrained power of legends... The negative.
And in that moment, a sword appeared in his hand. He took this sword and literally walked up to his enemy, lifting the sword up and going right for the heart of Forest.
-
At the sound of the voice from beyond the door, the Celestians snapped around and ducked in, two either side of the hole they had made and they just stared back at the new male that had appeared. "Dude, chill, it's just a door" Forest said to him.
After a quick exchange of detail between the two pairs of soldiers they stood up straight, all of them standing around seven foot tall, they looked over the male again and noted the black eyes as well as their AM fields shutting down. "Now that... is a problem" Forest muttered to her team and they all nodded, they didn't show a hint of fear or any emotion at all actually and just stood their, regarding the male with their own eyes of purest white.
When he spoke they all narrowed their eyes, they could feel just how wrong this person felt, he shouldn't exist at all and yet he did, he was negative to their positive and it unsettled the Celestians a small bit but it didn't show, they were hardened and a strange feeling wouldn't put them off by any measure. They readied themselves to his first attack when he just created a blade and started to walk towards them.
Forest and Jet tapped into their JOIN and they nodded to one another before moving with a fluid grace and unnatural speed, darting around the Negi to stand behind him with their ripper cannons raised in little under a second and then fired off two shots each, one from each cannon. The rounds fired were massive and equivalent to a 40mm shot, the Celestians barely registered the recoil.
The other pair drew their melee weapons, Royal slid out a pair of shortswords and activated them, the air around the blades shimmering slightly while Steel drew his massive Claymore and they both held their weapons in a defensive stance, waiting to see what the strange man-thing done next.
-
Stopping his sword midswing, he pulled it back, and as he did, it's blade expanded, growing much wider as he moved out of the way of the blasts in a way that his blade would take both of them. His blade, remarkably, was still in one piece, but now seemed to be covered in small, black specs -- like minibugs, moving up and down the blade, consuming the energy the blasts had created. He swung the blade around in a circle, swinging the small "bugs" towards each of them.
ACID nanites, which launched towards their feet and began to eat into their armor.
"This seems rather... Bad," he muttered, "You're out numbered. I'd call for reinforcements."
The sword burst into flames, the flames spreading up the arm of Devyn, though it didn't burn him. The fire covered his entire body, becoming a sort of armor for him. He grinned, as if the fire was... Pleasurable. And then, his eyes locked onto Forrest. "I want to fight YOU."
He pointed his flame-ridden hand up towards the ceiling, and a burst of the fire shot off towards the roof, burning a hole into the ceiling. But the air did not rush into the vacuum of space. Something was keeping the air in. A gust of wind surrounded Forrest and Devyn, to bring them up onto the top of the space-station.
Appearing where Devyn had been was a young eight year old Narrikian-Sage, to stop them from following. "Do you wanna play?" he asked the three, an innocent smile on his face.
-
"Now that's just annoying" Forest muttered as the shots were just absorbed by her foe's cursed blade, her and Jet then locked their Ripper Cannons away and drew their melee weapons, the Bowie Knife flaring into existence in Forest's hand while Jet drew what appeared to be a scimitar and held it ready. When the bugs came towards them, the four Celestians may as well have been air, they danced around the infernal Nanites, completely unscathed and still holding their weapons.
"You may have us outnumbered but you certainly don't have us outclassed" Forest never even allowed herself a smirk at her line, she wasn't cocky and she wasn't putting herself down but she knew that she was good but she didn't know how good this guy was and that was a problem. "Right guys, keep yourselves calm, we've taken on much worse"
At the sight of the flame, the Celestians all raised an eyebrow in perfect unison, just watching him as the flames spread over his body before they all nodded and Forest shook her cowled head, a slight strand of platinum hair flicking out from under the material "Well we kind of come in pairs, so if you want me, you also get him" She jerked her thumb towards the black cowled warrior and he nodded. Forest then fanned out her wings and hopped up to the hole in the roof before Jet launched upwards and crawled outwards with her, both of them standing on top of the station facing Davyn.
In the station, Steel and Royal just looked at the small child before shrugging and flicking their blades into an attack stance, circling the child for a moment and just observing him. "No child, we do not wish to play" Steel spoke, his voice sounding like two pieces of rock being ground into dust. The two of them then lunged at the child, their blades coming in to hack him into pieces in perfect unison and at speeds he should be entirely unable to react to.
At the same time that Steel and Royal struck, Jet and Forest pressed their attack, darting forwards towards Davyn at lightning speeds with their blades flashing forth to slice him to ribbons, their speed many, many times greater than any human and all the while they were communicating, watching the Negi with two eyes, two minds and two thought processes.
-
Inside the station, the moment the two came lunging towards Green Zero, they would find themselves utterly alone. They had not been teleported, but somehow, it seemed that they were somewhere different entirely, as if they HAD been teleported. And they... Had been separated.
Both appeared to be in square rooms, cut off from the other. The rooms were incredibly small, with only a window made of something resembling glass for them to peer out of. There was a single chair in the room, and they would experience extreme heat in this room. They would find themselves cut off entirely, their communication devices seemingly somehow disabled while they were in these rooms.
"Can you both hear me?"
It was the voice of the child, speaking to them both.
"Look out the window before you."
They would find that they were both in observation decks for two separate gymnasiums, raised high up over the gymnasium itself. On the floor of these gymnasiums, Narrikian women and children were tied, gagged, and binded to chairs, many of them crying. Most women and children. Each of them very vulnerable.
The voice spoke again.
"I'll make this easy on you both. Tell me who sent you here. What they want. Tell me everything you know. Now."
The outside of the station was a very interesting design. The particular area they were at had five sectors coming off a middle compartment. Each sector was a long wing. They were standing on one of these wings of the station, nothing but cold, gray metal below them as the hole in the station they had arrived on patched itself up.
Devyn, who seemed to not only be able to breathe rather easily in space, but also remain anchored to the station, glared at the two, having separated himself from them by a good eighth of a mile, standing on the opposite side of the wing they were on. He grinned, knowing full well it was useless to speak now. Mainly because sound couldn't travel in a vacuum.
The man, still well on fire even in the cold vacuum of space, watched as the two came charging towards him. The distance he had put between them gave him more than enough time to react, but he didn't allow them anywhere near him, raising a wall of a pink goo of some sorts across the wing to block their path.
-
Royal and Steel were not expecting the strange teleport and although their communications didn't work in the slightest, the JOIN that they shared actually fused their consciences, as long as one was alive, no matter where they were, the other would be able to communicate with them. ~Royal, can you hear me?~ Steel sent through the link to make sure it was still working. ~That I can~ She whispered back, the link was definitely weaker but not cut off.
The two Celestians looked around the rooms that they were in, barely even noticing the heat and just blatantly ignoring the voice as it drifted in, they only cared about escaping and getting to Jet and Forest. ~Steel, try and use our blades~ Royal communicated and then spun her shortswords around and plunged them into the nearest wall, the blades sliding effortlessly through the molecular bonds holding the wall together and she just started to carve a doorway open in it. Steel used his own Claymore to do the same, one again the weapon sliding easily into the wall.
They even ignored the window as they fought to get out, they didn't care for what was happening outside because they knew, although they didn't like to think it, that they were much more valuable than these civilians and as such they only cared about getting out and attacking the child that thought it right to try and cut them off from one another.
--
As Forest and Jet climbed out their white eyes took in everything in barely a second, including just how far away their prey was. ~That's just annoying~ Jet sent to Forest and she nodded. ~Only one thing to do, eh Jet?~ It was Jet's turn to nod and they turned to face Devyn before Forest gave him a wink and they started to move.
Their movements didn't even seem natural, they moved with a liquid grace and speed that almost defied the ability to see, their speed was well above what most humans would call a "blur" and they just kept getting faster, their enhanced physiology and their armour boosted their speeds up to frankly insane levels.
As the two of them saw the wall of goo that was there, they both decided that it would be a bad idea to touch it and as such they both flared their wings out and launched upwards, using the reduced gravity from being outside to fire themselves easily over the wall before flapping again and firing downwards, hitting the ground directly in front of Devyn before they stood up and danced around him, Jet facing his front and Forest behind him before they both attacked, their blades flashing down to tear him apart easily should they land.
-
"Gentlemen, I would highly suggest that you answer my colleague's question." another voice came through. It was that of Delta. "Of course if you'd rather..."
A 14-man squad of the infamous DAIS MI-7, dubbed Delta Force, stepped into view inside the gym. The one in front of the formation, obviously the commander, took a step forward towards the nearest child. Without hesitating, he drew his side arm and executed the child. "Port, Arms!" he commanded. The other 13 rose there M-96 assault rifles ready to fire.
"Ready!" he commanded again, as numerous clicks could be heard.
-
Furthermore, as the two tried to carve through the walls, large seals -- appearing as nothing more than black circles etched into the walls -- illuminated with blue energy and started to eat through their weapons. As their swords touched the walls (and seals), the two would find themselves in intense pain... As if they were attacking themselves, not the walls.
"Thank you, Delta," Kenny's voice once more echoed, "Now, I suggest you men answer my questions."
--
As the two were in the air attempting to cross over the wall, they would find themselves suspended in mid-air, no longer moving. A web made out of thin strings of energy became visible, showing that they were enticed in the web which came off the pink wall. The energy attempted to pierce its way into their armor, to tear a hole into it.
Of course, they'd still be well capable of moving their arms... It was only a matter of time before they freed themselves. But time was all Devyn needed. Creating a layer of this pink goo lining the metal flooring between he and the pink wall that the others were trapped at, Devyn waited for the two to come at him. More webs like the one they were caught in shot up from the ground, covering the distance in case the two tried to fly towards him.
-
They both resisted the pain for a moment as they tried to carve through the walls but it became too much and they stopped, stepping back from the wall and breathing heavily before Royal took a deep breath and let it out. She then used the one thing she had left to come up with a plan quicker, she split her mind in two, the other one being a completely different conscience to herself and she gave it her body to bear with the pain before it communicated back. -Why aren't you attacking him?- Royal cocked an eyebrow and fired back -He's outside, I can't- The other conscience then shook her head -Nope, he's right in front of you, let me take control and I'll fight him- Royal just nodded as she sent a message to Steel. ~Split your conscience, give your body to the other one and fight him~ Steel nodded and done the same.
Sure enough, when they looked on with their other conscience, the room was gone as were all the people, it appeared to have just been in their mind and in front of them, stood the boy. Royal and Steel wasted no time and they resumed their lunge, swinging their blades towards the boy to carve him into pieces while he was hopefully distracted with the magic that he was working on their other consciences.
--
When Forest and Jet felt themselves stop, they looked at the strands that had collided with their armour and growled, cutting them away before flapping their wings back to land them away from their foe. While they done that however they tossed a couple of Ion Grenades his way, set to detonate as soon as they landed beside him. ~Jet, I think we should shut down the generator~ Forest sent and Jet nodded his confirmation as they both turned and darted for where they knew the generator was, carving a hole in the roof above it and dropping in, hopefully before their foe could do anything against them, he was already behind the webs and a good distance away, they should have plenty of time because of their advanced speed and wings as well.
-
When the two easily attacked, despite still being trapped in the illusions, Kenny Zero was surprised. Such simple illusions could sometimes be broken by minds such as the Lorcars', but that wasn't what had happened. These two appeared to still be in his illusion, while fighting him...
And he was baffled.
Quickly raising another illusion on the bodies, this one was more simple, not taking them away from reality but merely modifying their senses. Both would likely feel extreme vertigo, and as it passed it would appear that Kenny was standing where their partner was, and their partner was standing where Kenny was. The two would be attacking each other while Kenny stood out of the way.
In the illusion rooms that their other minds were dealing with, Kenny, having at least somewhat caught on, changed the rules of the game. They seemed to know it was an illusion but had not yet discovered how to free themselves from it. Taking advantage of this direct link to their mind, he seemingly broke this illusion. Only... he didn't really.
Placing the other minds entirely in an illusion state that replicated the reality their counterpart minds were in, the other minds would APPEAR to no longer be in an illusion, and standing right before Kenny Zero in the room they had been in. However; these minds WERE in an illusion. Their "second minds" on the other hand were in the reality, attacking each other.
(So both minds appear to be in the same room but one's in an illusion, the ones that are not in an illusion that are fighting Kenny Zero are the ones who are attacking each other.)
--
Opening a portal to absorb the grenades, Devyn smirked as they ran for the center of the station. He made his way there, but slowly took his time, dismantling the webs and spells along the way. They would have a hard enough time at the center of the station. He didn't really need to help. He was just defending the outerparts of the station... It had been assumed that they would have to go through him to get to the inner parts of the station, so the defenses there were much more secure.
For instance, as they tried cutting through the roof, they would find a secondary shielding lining the ceiling, covering the hole they had just carved.
-
With no response coming from Delta about whether or not they complied, the team leader simply nodded. "Fire!" he shouts, as 13 rifles go off into the innocent crowd, killing all who get in their way. With slick precision, the 14 of them formed up, covering the length of the room, and started a deadly march to the other end. Blood was already soaking the walls, and floor as their Anti-Personal bullets shredded them.
-
(Lyoko222, it's an illusion, the Narrikians aren't really in a gymnasium)
-
(And who is to say that wasn't part of it.)
-
(Oh that's completely fine but I changed the illusion in the last post so now they think they are free from the illusion. :) If you want to help please do though, their bodies are fighting even though their minds are in the illusion.)
