I'll just post this here.
I, Orga the Strange, hereby give over ownership of my Empire of Ferrari, it's Emperor Ra' Kath and all of his subjects, weapons, treasures, territories, and such forth to Hiro Dark, of my own free will. May he use them well or not at all.

I...'m not sure. It's possible. What I do know however, is that I definitely will not be active enough to be having an empire, and I really haven't done anything with them anways. At least Hiro I know Hiro will actually do something with them like finish killing the Anrufe or something. And while I do hate to give away one of my signature characters, I don't think it'd be right to give him the empire minus it's God Emperor of all Smithkind. :P

Meh. Zak owns the Zarethians, and they at least were a cornerstone of the SP universe. I can see why you'd want to give your empire to Hiro if you are forced into inactivity.
