Title: Who stole the peninsula?
Post by: UnStellar on September 30, 2012, 01:26:52 PM
OOC: Hiro, I know you're super busy. This isn't important, take your time replying.

The three were dressed as professionally as could be. Rune tattoos covered up in exquisite business suits, long past of battle hidden beneath a veil of professionalism. They teleported into the Mechera trading post. In a feat of deja vu, they looked around for a leader to talk to.

On the orbital Trade Station, the group went mostly unnoticed in the bustle of the crowds. There were several data kiosks they could use to access the information they needed, or perhaps ask a member of the Police Force on the station, easily identified as the intimidating mechs or the officers in the normal models colored in black and white. Or they could also probably just explore and hope to find someone in charge that way.

"Aye aye aye." UnStellar commented, "I didn't think they had gotten this big already. I'm impressed."
"Do you think they'll go for our plan?" Kailey asked.
"The Mechera always deal fairly. That's why we let them stick around." UnStellar reassured her. Felix had already checked out one of the information kiosks.
"I got the location. I don't suppose they have cab services around? It would be hard to teleport to a place we don't know."

Several modes of public transport were available on the station. Most were actually free, infrstructured transport networks managed by Bot programs that facilitated transport from point A to point B. Of course, as these were made to only go from a set pickup point to other predesigned locales hopefully nearby where you needed to go. Still, they were cheap. There were also a few civilian fighter-class ships used for taxi services, though for obvious reasons these existed primarily outside the indrastructure complexes. Being fully fledged pilots, they could of course also take their passengers to a different station within orbit of Violet, if of course they needed to.

"Looks like that tram line leads right to the... Town Center. Five quibbles says that's where we'll find them." Felix pointed out.
"Okay. On the tram we go." The three walked casually towards it, catching it just in time.
