In the Ventus Tempestus Computers a VE in the form of an old man appeared. This technology, that of the VE series two was more advanced than the previous model. Unlike it, the VE could actually feel emotions and spent less time gathering data. The VE kept sending messages to speak with a high ranking member of the Anrufe to the station and presented no threat at present.

The VE then displayed a hologram of a lush world without the war on it. "Primary protocol: Make this world designated Volimar a Demilitarized Zone."

The VE then scowled and left?but not before leaving something behind. What it had left behind was a novel like file on the cons of introducing highly advanced tech to primitives or attacking primitive worlds. This showed there were very high risks.
