Character Name: Lord Jeremiah Faust
Age: He's lived a long time. A few centuries.
Gender:Male
Race:Grand Vampire of the Valshiek Clan(basically, he can absorb the sacred property of the blood he drinks instead of just needing it for materials for his own body to produce blood, greatly increasing his power when he does so).
Appearance: http://s2.zerochan.net/Raphael.Sorel.full.181199.jpg
Alliance: He leads the Coalition.
Personality (one paragraph minimum): Jeremiah is a powerful man, both politically and in combative might, and his personality shows it. While he is not villainous, he is not afraid to put his power to the test, and to lead his forces in battle rather than give the orders from the sidelines. Personally, he is a very formal man, and acts much like the royalty he is. He cares greatly for his 'people', extending that to any 'monsters' throughout the universe, and as a result detests Hunters and Slayers of monsters. Nevermind of course that he's been the target of a Hunt in his time, but even so. Despite his status as a creature of the night, he is quite noble and chivalric, and is known to put his honor and his people above his own life.
Inventory (Weapons, Equipment, Etc): Blade, pompous nobleman attire, ect.

Character's History (Minimum 3 Paragraphs): Lord Jeremiah Faust was originally born a nobleman of of the kingdom of France upon the planet Earth, in the late medieval era and beginnings of the Renaissance. He lived a mostly normal life, made friends with the others in the upper class, got married to a noblewoman in another rich family, you know, the usual stuff. Well, during that time, a Valshiek Coven had begun to form within the countries of Europe, and had started...Recruiting from the upper class of the Medieval/Renaissance society. Vampirism spread throughout the Noble Houses, and his was no different. He and his wife both actually accepted the curse rather than oppose it, unlike many who were turned to the cause, and because they didn't fight it they quickly rose through the ranks. By the end of the Renaissance era, he had control over a large Coven of his own, which continued to grow and spread as time and technology advanced. this proved to be both good and bad, for while he was becoming more powerful as a person, he and his people were becoming more visible. By no means did the humans actually acknowledge the presence of monsters as a whole, but more and more actually did find out, and soon enough Hunters and Slayers became a problem once more...Something he thought had ended with the Renaissance. Earth was becoming less and less safe for he and his kind...And thats when he met Remus. Remus was a Vampire, yes, but of a very different kind, and he assured Jeremiah that he had never been human. He possessed powers that Jeremiah had never seen in Vampires, as well as weaknesses he found patently absurd. Remus had sought him out because of how he, as a Vampire Lord, managed his Coven, desiring to add his own vast power to their force. If Jeremiah admitted him, he in turn would help them off of Earth and aid them in finding a new, safer home. The idea intrigued Jeremiah, for he hadn't even thought of emigrating from Earth before then...But it was a good idea. He thought up plans, a world where they would not have to worry over being hunted down and killed, a world entirely of Vampires. So, he allowed Remus to join, a tad perplexed that such a powerful being wanted to serve under him. In return for allowing him entrance, Remus provided them a way off Earth, a tunnel of Darkness to a new world, uninhabited and unknown. It was a rough start, as they didn't have any buildings or structures at the start, but they were at least wise enough to bring themselves thralls so they wouldn't starve to death, and any technology they hadoriginally access to so they wouldn't need to reinvent everything. They made their settlement on the planet, and expanded their numbers by recruiting Covenless Vampires from other worlds, and as they did so, their Coven expanded, advanced. And by now...Their world of Blood Haven has their own fleet, technology, and its civilization has advanced far beyond that simple first settlement, extending to the far reaches of the planet.
And soon, very soon...Jeremiah plans to announce his people to the universe.
RP Sample (Depending On Combat Level):
Character Name: Remus Vincent
Age:Even older than his Lord. Far, far, far older...Mankind's nations of, say, England or France did not yet exist when he first knew life. Not even as tiny kingdoms vying for control over the continent of Europe.
Gender:Male
Race:Grand Vampire of the Duultok Clan.
Appearance: http://images.wikia.com/fireemblem/images/0/0b/GharnefDS.jpg
Alliance:He advises Lord Jeremiah, so he'd be allied with the Coalition.
Personality (one paragraph minimum): Remus is a wise man, and likes to express his wisdom via humor. He also likes to express humor via humor. He is very lighthearted, despite his appearance, and prefers to be jovial if he can be. In fact he rather dislikes serious people who cannot take jokes. One of the many reasons he extensively hates politics, of course.
Make no mistake, however. He is a Vampire, a very powerful one. He does hold some prejudice towards 'Mortals', viewing many to be prey. . .Not unrightly, mind you. There is still the cruel conquerer within him, and he does let it show when he lets out his anger or he feels it necessary.
Inventory (Weapons, Equipment, Etc): His spellbook containing the Dark Magic he's fabricated himself and a orb of crystal he uses to focus it.

Unhallowed Resurrection:A powerful ritual spell created and possessed by Remus. Its a Necromancy Ritual that binds the spirits of the recently deceased to nearby corpses, forcing them to animate the dead body, and also binds the newly created Undead to his own will. Because of just how the corpse is animated, the victim retains all of the knowledge and skills(magical, mental, and physical) they possessed in life, in addition to any new abilities the corpse they're animating has as well(of course, if a Mage possesses a body that has no magical potential, they wont be able to access their magic abilities in this new form). In fact, if a Spirit were to be animating their own corpse, the only differences between this state and when they were alive would be that they are Undead and a complete thrall of the caster. As well, this enslavement is absolute-The victim literally cannot disobey the intent of the orders given to them by the mage who used the spell upon them(I'll say again, the INTENT of the command, not the letter; if he tells his thralls to 'attack the enemy' they cannot turn against him because he's personally their own enemy, because his intent is for them to charge forth and fight for him).
It is a extremely powerful spell, however, and while it has its uses, it has its downsides and its limitations. First and foremost is that no form of this Ritual can call a Spirit. For this ritual to work, the target MUST be present, though they need not be willing. Because of this, it is most effectively used on the recently dead. Another limitation is that it draws heavily upon its wielder's magical abilities to forcibly bind and enthrall a Spirit-A very strong Mage, extensively trained in the arts of Necromancy, will regain use of their magic at a minimum of twenty four hours after its use, while a weaker or less well-trained mage may be without their magic for a much longer amount of time, around a week perhaps(in either case, they almost certainly wont have access to their magic for the rest of that topic, unless it spans several days). As well, in order to more fluidly interact with the Ethereal Realm, it requires a sacrifice of a part of the caster's own spirit to begin the ritual.
Character's History (Minimum 3 Paragraphs): What Remus once was when he was Mortal, none can say. Some believe he is the last survivor of his kind, who was turned some time after his people were wiped out. Others say that he was turned to a Vampire early on in the invasion of his homeworld, and abandoned it in the midst of battle. As with many stories, there is a bit of truth to both these tales.
Remus was a talented Necromancer when his homeworld was attacked by Vampires of the Duultok Clan. While the Vampires turned many of his people unwillingly into new Vampires and thralls, Remus joined them willingly. He saw what form of Necromantic power infused these Vampiric forces, and desired this added to his own prowess. He did start as a weak fledgeling, like all Vampires, but quickly arose through the ranks by viscerally feeding on others of his kind and ruthlessly conquering territories with armies of undead soldiers created from the corpses of those he'd drained dry of blood. He may have started a willing fledgeling of the invading Vampires, but soon enough he became a real threat to their power, amassing his own forces to fight them off and secure the lands for himself.
Mind, these Vampires were not space-faring, having invaded the land through magical means, and so they were not able to just destroy his armies from the safety of space. Over time he solidified his rule over the territories he'd taken, and launched more and more attacks into the lands of the other vampires. While they had armies of their own, they simply couldn't compare to his own legions of Undead Soldiers, many of them other Vampires enslaved through Necromantic magic. Of course, as this all was going on there were many pockets of non-turned human nations, all of which formed their own armies trained in the arts of slaying Vampires and the Undead. The other Vampire covens in the lands were bothersome, but while they did spread easily and powerfully they did not have the sheer numbers that the living did and while Remus could just reanimate the bodies of the dead, he often lost just as many of his own Undead soldiers to their Light, Undead-slaying magic. Time passed, and he eventually did destroy and absorb all of the other Vampire Covens on his world over a couple thousand years. Well, he and the meddlesome living people. It became a war of him versus his former people, the living against the dead. To prevent him from corrupting their own against them, the nations of the living took to burning their dead, and trained elite Vampire Hunters and Undead Slayers to vanquish his armies. At first, he slew these heroes easily and without difficulty on the rare occasion they made their way to him. But as time went on, they got stronger. The heroes sent at him were better trained, more refined in the ways of slaying the undead and generally fighting. Even he had to admit that they were extremely strong foes, not to be taken lightly. And that was when he hatched a magnificent, marvelous, truly evil idea. Through study, dedication, and a couple centuries of refinement and new mastery over the powers of Necromancy, he crafted his most powerful spell, and one he still uses to this day upon his strongest foes-The Unhallowed Resurrection. While the magic itself has many drawbacks, it allowed him to entrap the spirits of those he killed and enslave them back into their bodies as his own thralls. With this magic, he was no longer just wasting these assassins and hunters by reanimating their corpses as zombies, he was able to bring them back, minds and skills intact, as unwilling soldiers in his own fight. He made them tell him their plans, their fortress' weaknesses, and as more of these soldiers came after him he got more and more guardians of his own to fight for him. Eventually, the last of these cities crumbled under the might of his Undead armies, and the only living left were the blood cattle for him and his own Vampiric subjects to feed upon. And for a few millennia, it was great. Even had the occasional revolution to keep things interesting.
But even ultimate power grates after long enough. He was well aware his soul would be constrained to the world of the living for as long as he would exist, so he really, really wasn't concerned with how black and tainted his soul was. And while he could leave his world to die as he took over another world, the fact was that he would just rule that second world as he currently ruled his own...Honestly, what was the point in ruling? So insted, he left that world to fall into chaos(and probably eventually stabilize into one of the few societies where the Undead and the living coexisted), and wandered the universe for a while to find a purpose. In his wanderings he both made crucial choices that saved societies and chose sinful paths that not only skewed their civilizations to ruin but probably caused at least one genocide in several cases. He was notinformed evil...But he was never good. And then in his travels he came upon the Electronic Aged Earth, and found the many Covens that existed on it. Most of them displeased him at best, utterly bored him at worst, but one Coven interested him greatly. The one led by the Grand Valshiek Vampire Jeremiah Faust, who ruled benevolently to his people but cared little to those mortals who lived. He approached Lord Jeremiah and offered him a deal, which as we know the other accepted. Now many years later, a century or more perhaps, that single Coven rules a new world entirely, spreading far beyond the boundries most get to in their prime. They've recruited Vampires and monsters of all kinds, created a haven for all forms of preternatural creatures to be safe from those mortals who fear the night, a place of hope to those who live in shadows. And this choice, to advise to a Vampire with more vision for their kind, for a very broad definition of 'their kind'...It is one of the very few that he has never and he believes he never shall regret.
