Title: Dr. Keith Yuto/Ra' Kath
Post by: Orga the Strange on March 25, 2010, 05:37:39 PM
Name: Taseph/Dr. Keith Yuto
Age: 100
Race: Human/Abomination
Alliance: Man-beast army
Biography: Originally known as Dr. Keith Yuto, this man was driven insane by the loss of his wife, Michelle, who was kiled by an explosion that was caused by the Doctor. In this fit of madness the Doctor made a pact with a demon, that he would give it his only son for the power to bring his wife back from the dead, that was a very bad idea. He brought both his wife's body and child into the basement of his home. After the roer rites and assages were all said and done the demon attempted to possess the child but found that it's spirit was too strong. The child, though only five, was strong enough to take control of the demon and use it's power as his own, though in the process he lost all memories of his family and now shares a concious with the creature. The doctor, on the other hand, ended up the worse for wear. The power he was given corrupted him, he become a freak, an abomination. But, despite his appearance the Doctor continued on with his plan and proceeded to bring his wife back from the dead. The spell, though successful, backfired when she looked at his face. What she saw there was so frightening that her heart actually stopped, this caused the Doctor to go truly insane. He turned to face his son and unleashed a barrage of fire in an attempt to kill him. The son countered with a 6' wall of ice and then sent it shooting forwards at the speed of a bullet towards his father, who dodged the wall and rushed the child, his hands having become claws. The child flew upwards and out of the basement and house, leaving the now deformed and mad sceintist to mourn the loss of his wife. The doctor took on the identity of Taseph and proceeded to do what most insane scientists do in their spare time. He created an army of man beasts to hunt down his son and is now contemplating world domination. Of course.
Weapons: P-59 Jackhammer Automatic Shotgun
Equipment: none
Magic Level: 5
Appearance: His head resembles that of an octopus albeit more tentacles and with glowing red eyes and green skin and is normally kept hidden underneath the hood of his robe except for when he wishes to intimidate his enemies with his appearance, which can cause some lesser souls to go insane themselves, he has wings on his back but they are mostly for show seeing as he can fly without them and usually levitates more often than he walks, they too are kept hidden underneath his robe. His hands and feet are clawed and he is covered head to toe in a series of strange circular tattoos.

...Not approved. The name of the character and the idea of Cosmic Horrors are a rip from H.P. Lovecraft.

Honestly, he's really supposed to be an NPC. The only reason I made him was so that my actual character would have something to worship while still being able to use it. But if it's not approved than that's cool I'll just make the character I wanted.

It can be approved if you change it to a derive.... But this is a direct rip. Change the name, change the other gods name, change the locations, take out Cosmic Horrors, and anything direct from Lovecraft. .....Did you even try to derive it? The whole thing is Lovecraft except maybe the "embodiment of madness," part.

I have to agree, it can be derived or inspired by something, but this is a direct rip-off.
