Alliance: The Spirit Realm.
Personality (one paragraph minimum): Normally a very kind and caring man with genuine sympathy for the dead and a need to help others. Wants to comfort those in sorrow, but that's not always the easiest thing to manage. Sees the best in everyone -- well, usually, most everyone. Very loyal to the embodiments -- usually.
Inventory (Weapons, Equipment, Etc): His judging mallet (supercharged weapon) and a cup of tea.
Combat Level (Average of magic level and physical strength. If you don't know what to do here, don't fill it out and the staff will help you.): 1 and 2/3rds

Character's History (Minimum 3 Paragraphs):
Long, looong ago, when the embodiments were first creating the dimensional plane, they designed the afterlife as a sort of solution for their problems. As the life they created in the Dimensional Planes had artificial bodies which had been created by the embodiments, they realized that the living were very fragile. They originally intended for the afterlife to be a sort of second stage for when the bodies of their creations decayed. Those who were judged worthy would join Eli in the North -- the others would be forced to live just outside the city of the embodiments, forced to want entrance but never have it granted.
Taking advantage of an anomaly at some point in North caused from the Harbinger, they crafted the Spirit Realm and the first judge, aka the Elder of the Court. The Elder of the Court, following his retirement, started to craft new judges from pieces of himself. Every time he creates a new judge, he grows a little bit older. He crafted the White Judge after the death of Al, AKA the Green Judge, who died some few thousand years back.
The White Judge, with recent events, had a small part of his spirit energy stolen by the Void, but managed to get away before it engulfed him. Currently in hiding.

If you intend to use him as more than just a judge in the Spirit Realm then yeah probably
