A small team of Narrikian scientists arrived at the ruins of Ground Island and set to work rebuilding the massive structure, putting together the pieces of the now destroyed base. They were quick to raise wards to protect themselves in case any Anrufe members came back. Yes, Ground Island would be rebuilt anew. However; it would now be renamed. Instead of simply being called 'Ground Island' it would now be renamed 'Terra Tempestus' in honour of the lost Narrikians who had died fighting the Anrufe.

The atmosphere that had been made on and removed from Providence arrived here giving the final needed addition to the planet. Terra Tempestus was now complete and only needed inhabitants. The purpose of this planet was to serve as a base of operations for the forces of the Narrikians so it was not going to be so crowded on Memorial anymore.
