Effective immediately I am scrapping all my characters including Order Tyris and excluding no one. I will be working on new better characters to replace them and once Zane is approved I shall resume Rping.

Sorry Hawkeye, but we've already told you that's not possible. You have your characters, use them or give them to someone else.

If you give them to someone else, then chances are they'll have a better reputation because the RP is ten times better than you :]

But seriously, no scrapping your characters, that's like disowning your child. They may not be real, but they're people.
Just because you don't want to play them anymore knowing you'll lose, you decide to kill them off? That's not right.
Give them away or something. But if no one wants them, you're still playing them.

You just don't get it, do you? No scrapping ANY characters. Not a single one. Why? because they already exist in the reality of the rp. Just like people don't just poof out of existance in real life, you can't just poof characters out of existance in the rp. Either find someone else who will play them, or keep playing them yourself.

Guys, he might be doing this because of the character limit we have here...I mean, if he has something in mind that'd require more characters, he wouldn't be able to initiate it due to the limits.
still, while I agree that making them nonexistent would be bad, couldn't he just change their status to NPC? -__-

I'll take Order if Hawk doesn't want it, I had an epic storyline in mind for the character and if it's not played out right, the whole plot for the embodiment of anarchy would have to be changed.

Oh yeah! I did.
Play the characters and find a way to get them to die. DON'T. KILL. THEM. OFF. YOURSELF. Get them to die honorable in a fight. It's a long process but it'll go into the history off the RP. I can kill a few for ya :D I wanna actually RP here, you know.
And we have that limit because it seems that no matter how many characters Hawk has, whether male or female, he seems to RP and give them the same damn fucking personality. That and to stop from overhauling the characters. Like Goo on Foster's Home For Imaginary Friends. It's clear he can't handle that many characters and it's even clearer that maybe, just maybe, we should have a limit on certain people, such as Hawkeye.

I know the reason why we have it. You ain't the only one who knows Hawk; I know how he can get, and Im still confused as to why everyone's hostile to him. But then, Im pretty easy-going. XD While I'd prefer it as well that he gives his characters different personalities, that may just not be the way he RPs, which isn't a easy thing to change.
Also, while I ain't a mod, there is no reason for profanity. You can get your points across while being calm about it, ya know, there ain't a need to get too worked up over it.
@Nisorin:I know he probably hasn't reached it yet, but if he needs eight characters, Im not sure he'd have enough slots. It was merely a possible reason as to why he'd be doing it, not THE reason.

Having eight characters that are exactly the same personality-wise is the same as having seven clones of one character, which for a board like this, isn't acceptable. It might be fine on a more casual board, but that's not what SP is, or has ever been. I had thought his Characterization and Character Interaction lessons would have stopped that habit of his, but apparently not.
And we're hostile to him because he continually bugs and bugs us for help because he goes and gets himself in over his head. And then, once we finally give in and help him, he turns on you, the battle of Dragon Moon a shining example of that fact. Yes, I know you weren't here for that. Not only this, but when we continually try to help him learn to deal with things himself, he acts like he learns, and then he completely blows off everything we've taught him, and then comes back to us expecting that we'll help him when he gets fucked over again! You'd be hostile with him too.
That's why I have outright told him that he will not progress any further in his Character Interaction lesson until he actually gets off his ass and starts using what he's taught, and if he stops using what he's taught, I stop teaching him again. Plain and simple. I'm not going to use my time to teach someone who doesn't give a shit about learning.

Well, it might be different with other people, but for me, the way I RP is a part of my personality. Iunno, it may just be me, but its not something you can easily change. If the way Hawk RPs is a fundemental part of his personality like it is with me, well, its not something you can teach him in the same sense, plain and simple. I mean, sure, it would be easier if he could just learn it as if he were at a school. But thats just not it. Im good at putting on different personas; when I RP, I put myself in my character's place and try to act with the personality of my character(if you dont know, Persona means mask, but usually refers to the 'masks' we use to hide our true feelings, like a bully who's hiding his soft side). However, this just comes naturally to me, and explains why my posts tend to center around a single character; Im not good at wearing multiple personas. I'd end up posting Hiro's thoughts all over the post, with maybe Sara saying something, as a example pertaining to this board.
However, this might not be as easy for Hawk, putting on different personas. Perhaps his personality cant conform to that of his characters, or he just cant put himself into their heads. Thats just not something you can teach, ya know?

Sure it is. I learned. Hawk has the ability to do it, he's shown that in the actual course threads. The problem is he doesn't use it out on the actual board, leaving the rest of us to think that he's only taking the courses to get us to shut up.

You'd think he'd make a diversity of his personality. Maybe make a character based off of each mood. NOT THE SAME DAMN THING.
