Title: The Path of The Excalibur (Non Canon)
Post by: Zero on December 13, 2009, 02:07:02 PM
The Ship Veritas flew was named Excalibur after the sword Duro had once wielded but abandoned in favor of one that was more fitting for a warrior of his stature. It had taken Veritas a month to find this Ancient StarClan month and 5 months for him to choose out men bold enough to fight the Ancient StarClanners if they were still alive of course and so Veritas decided he would engage them in pitched battle and win. Once he won, he would gain all their power and use it to boost his empire's threat rating to the Alliance to force them to the bargaining table.   He then exited his ship armed with his special blades and also the other weapons he had brought with him in order to give him a Pristine Advantage.  "Are Any Ancient StarClanners here?" he asked as he alone descended the ramp.

Shouts of "Katrai! Katrai!" filled the Ancient Starclan village which sat, isolated from the universe, the only remainder of the reforms that the tyranny from Jeff Star's rule years ago. Here, the Starclan remained as it had been thousands of years ago. A Starclan of peace, one that stayed true to its heritage from the greats wars in that valley, the migration.. Christianity. All of it, the Starclan remembered here. It stayed the same in its peacefulness on the planet.
Which is why the shouts of "Katrai" (literally "Intruders" in the language of this Starclan) surprised Guzt Vaa'glasam, a builder of ships and blacksmith within this Starclan. Guzt had only heard those words one other time, as he remembered. About twelve years ago, when Guzt was only a boy. It was then that he heard news of an attempted invasion on another Ancient Starclan planet. Katrai was not good news.. Guzt knew he needed to get the hell out of there.
As he ran into the gardens of Magleash, trying to see the source of the commotion, people were running the other way. Some were preparing to fight, some were alerting higher-ups. As for Guzt? He just stood there, watching.

"Uergh.." An annoyed voice uttered from a nearby bush within the garden, followed by what seemed to be projectile vomit. "Need to stop drinking so much." It stated to itself, before a man in a black cloak emerged from the bush. It covered only his right arm, while his right hand was covered by a thick black glove. He was pale, like he had been inside a dark room for far to long. This only brought out the color of his red eyes, redder then blood itself. "Wow, this isn't the Library, don't tell my I teleported myself in my drunkenness." He asked himself while scratching his white hair. A little bit confused as why there were some many primitive looking people around hm. Shouting something like "Katari!" or something like that. He a little hung over at the moment.

"Er? Hello?"

Veritas groaned as he began pulling energy from the very air he was breathing to utilize in a spell.  He didn't want to exhaust his own fuel  so he quickly did the spell that changed the language they spoke to his own language causing him to be able to understand every word that they were saying.  Next he gathered energy and used it in a sort of compliance web and in his language he commanded them to cease their activity and to tell him why exactly they were flopping like chickens with their heads cut off. "Why are you acting like your heads are cut off?" Veritas then heard another voice in his own language and uttered an expletive.  It had to be Abel!Drat, he hoped he could avoid Abel by traveling to this area.  Ah Well.  He would deal with Abel once he had gotten enough technology and weapons from this people to last a life time.
