This is just some stuff Derek has collected/paid people to make for him over the years.
Holo Mask
The Holo Mask is a technology that once it has scanned the appearance of a person when the mask is put on makes the person sound like and look like said individual. This makes it easier for sneak attacks. This was made for Derek by some scientists that he later killed. This is used by him primarily for any sort of infiltration and also because it allows him to sneak into highly secured joints with ease. The Holo Mask is one of his favorite tools of crime. It has been modified by some other scientists so that when a certain button is pushed it can record a person's voice, and then synthesize their speech. This is made out of Aurem and is in the form of a mask like those sometimes used at theaters.
Pistol: Two aurem pistols from the colonies of Narrikia. They are modified to return to his hands and can shoot either bullets made out of aurem or bullets of any variety. They are solid shell weapons. These return to his hands by built in teleportation devices.
Combat Knife: This combat knife was made by Derek out of stolen material from the Narrikians. It is made out of the same material Aralangs use for their hulls and is laser sharpened. The Knife has a small AM Field generator inside of the handle to make the knife good against those who rely on the abilities an AM Field is meant to block. The knife has a DNA sensor so only he can use it.

Right, I'll pick on the suit first as it annoys me in many regards.
- How does the suit take energy from Non-sentient plants and animals? Why can't it take energy from sentient plants or animals, what's stopping it?
- The drained energy, in what regards does it make his armour better? Does it make it tougher, faster, what?
- How fast can he fly with these jetboots, how long can he fly for? What sort of propulsion works these jetboots? Is it actual jets or energy thrusters?
- How does the suit allow him to survive for a year? I know about recycling carbon dioxide into oxygen but what about food and water? They can't just be created out of nowhere?
- The Matter Phasing? Complete godmod, it allows for the avoiding of any attack coming towards him. Either give it a limit, a cooldown or remove it because that is simply overpowered.
I think I'm done for that apart from one last question. How do the guns return to his hands? Magnets, energy tethers, what?

The armor can also lift up to 4 tons. The armor can at maximum speed go up to 80 MPH on land,
These parts are OP. Be more specific about the creating energy weapons part -- what kind can the armor create and how?
What kind of things can the knife cut through?
