Why would Order be on Magimeta at the exact time that the bottle went through?
-
1. Read the topic that was below it.
2. He was getting a group ready to be his successors.
3. The world is unable to be attacked.

Further, ITS A BLACK HOLE. YOU CANNOT, CANNOT TRAP IT IN ANYTHING, BECAUSE OF THE FACT THAT IT IS PURE GRAVITY. There IS no matter in a Black Hole! -__-+

It's magic!
-
Actually a black hole is powered by a core of super-dense matter, if you make that matter smaller you can fit it in anything, if that thing can hold up the stress of the black hole anyway.

Correction, a singularity of infinite density. It's not a core, and it's not super dense. It's infinite, thus singularity.
-
...Which is why its impossible to contain. I'll admit that magic could be used for gravity-based attacks, up to and including the creation or destruction of a Black Hole. Containment, and thus transfer? Not possible.
-
We've done it a hell of a lot of times, gravity is easily manipulated, could just curve it around itself so the core is pulling itself.

SINGULARITY, not core. Beneath the Event Horizon is the singularity. There is no core.
-
The core is the god damned singularity. Two different words for the same thing, the singularity is at the heart of the black hole and therefore is it's core.
-
Technically, I turned the black hole into a bottle.
-
A Black Hole, in and of itself, has no matter. You cant turn it into anything, since its pure gravity.
-
Wrong, the core of the black hole is super-dense matter, also shut the fuck Hik, infinite is harder to type then super.
-
Technically he's right. A Black Hole is just a dead star that collapsed and gained infinite density, and now draws everything within it's acceleration disk into it, with no escape. Even light. Then if you make it past the trip through the outer part, without getting crushed to death, you hit the event horizon right above the singularity......How the hell can you turn a hole into something? You try to fill it up, it'll crush it.
-
Since it's not a hole, but basically a smallllllllll speck of matter that is super dense and is more then it appears, therefore shapapapale.

But by then speck has lost its form and collapsed in on its self. There's nothing there anymore.

Kivith is correct in this. Black holes actually have an amount of matter at their center, albeit an amount that is constantly increasing at an exponential rate. A particularly powerful mage with extensive knowledge regarding black holes could, theoretically, cause the black hole to 'eat' upon itself, so that the increase in mass is temporarily stopped, allowing for relatively safe transport.

That's not what the books say...
-
Books = Wrong.
Since you cannot destroy matter, only change it's form, therefore it would break a shit load of the laws of the universe.
-
A Black Hole is just that-a hole. When the star collapses in on itself, the matter's no longer there, its actually pushed through. After that, it comes out a White Hole, the exact opposite-litterally, the other end of a Black Hole. Black holes are only black since there's no light coming from them, and a white hole is only white since all of the light and matter is coming from it.
That was the gist of it anyways, I think.
This was Einstien's theory, at the very least. I think I read it as this anyways.
-
That's a wormhole with gravity..
Black holes are not wormholes, they are just super dense matter, fucking stupid physicists with their degrees and their stupidity.
-

So you're calling every book in the library wrong? Steven Hawking, Quantum, and all the other books?
-
Kivith...In truth, thats the best description of a Black Hole there is. A wormhole with gravity.
-
Not really Red, as black holes don't always have white holes at the other end. I don't think we've actually discovered any real white holes yet.
-
Manly because no ones dumb enough to fly a ship INTO A BLACKHOLE.
However I'm certain that blackholes are the secret to time travel.
-
^As said by Orga.
And again, Nisorin, everything about Black Holes, including THEIR existence, is theoretical. The only reason we think they exist is because of patches of pure black in Space, where we think there should be stars behind. We dont have any solid evidence of their natural existence, and as such, they might not at all. Could just be that from a straight line to where these black holes are, there merely aren't any stars providing light that reaches us. We dont know yet.
-
And the theory for black holes that we use is that they are super-dense blobs of matter meaning they possess a large gravitational field, hell my main empire's base is powered by a FUCKING quasar, which is basically a BIG black hole.
-
Thats ONE theory...
-
And it's the one we use for the site.
-
Aaaand when has this been decided?
-
Since we've always used that type o hole.
-
A black hole is actually a hole in the fabric of spacetime. The black hole is made of matter. That's why it's there in the first place. It's infinitely dense. Hik is correct. A black hole is a singularity. Light unifies space and time. Since light cannot escape a black hole, there is no unification, thus it creates a hole.
A black hole into a bottle? That's one hell of a dense bottle. If all that matter is in that bottle, it would collapse on itself and become a black hole again.
-
That's assuming the bottle didn't have something else, such as a seal or other similar magic, that holds it in its current form.
-
Dear God people.
