Title: Sure is dull...
Post by: @Pokemon Master Red on April 14, 2010, 10:41:48 PM
OOC:Just for fun. You dont have to use characters for this, pure NPCs will surrfice for this extra-mini-plot to help us keep our RPing skills to keep from getting rusty, since it doesn't look like much is going on. Alright, enough rambling! Onto the show!

In heaven, there was a man. Middle aged, never done a thing wrong in his life, a hard worker, that sort of thing. However, this was heaven...Everyone was a kind person, nobody cared how old you looked, and they certainly didn't need hard workers. Oh, how he longed to go back to Earth...Especially since some of these other creatures had begun creeping him out. Heaven...The place where all good people are allowed whatever they wish, or so the story went. He wished to be back on Earth, where he'd get a job, put up with unkind people, and generally be helping a functioning society.
The man, whose name was Frank, said in a sad voice,"The afterlife sure is dull..."

Justin Valatako having been judged to heaven for his righteous act of sacrificing himself in order to defeat Pedalo however temporarily it may have been approached Frank.  "We need a way to get back to the Mortal Plane. My son won't be able to handle Pedalo most likely because he is not as strong as I am but yet, he may succeed. "  ((Using a character from Zane's back story))

"I wish we could find out" said a voice from behind them.

The figure hardly turned around to acknowledge the new arrival. "And who might you be?"

"Jane, Jane Yuto", she said as she aproached the two.

"Call me Frank. You got any ideas on how to get out of this sparkly prison?" He said, getting up. "'Cause I'll be damned if I've gotta stay in here any longer. This place will drive even the sanest mad..."

"Well, we could try asking God. Maybe He's in a good mood today", she suggested.

"Tch. He doesn't choose who comes here or who gets to Hell. What, 'cha dont remember the White and Black Judges? 'Sides, even if we could get to that guy, what makes ya think he'll offer us any special treatment, eh? We're just a couple of human souls, after all, and the dead aren't allowed to interfere with the living."

"Hpmh, that never stopped the zombies."

"You ain't been here long, have ya?" Frank said, waving his hand in front of them. In front of them appeared a window of light, allowing them to see images from the universe of the living. The image was in front of a being commanding hordes of Zombies. "Necromancy...A Dark Magic. It allows its user to reanimate the dead. But it doesn't gain a soul. Zombies are the products of this magic. That is the living interfering with the living, for there isn't a new soul within these creatures. If, however, a being were to gain the power to bring those back from the dead..." The image changed to show a female human, with a platoon of skeletons around her. This seemed to be of things that haven't occurred yet; a scene from a possible future. She seemed to be performing a ritual, and a orb of light flowed into a nearby corpse. "...They would be using the most unholy of magics; the ability to reincarnate the dead, and thus breaking the laws of heaven. However, unless a soul is brought back to the realm of the living, it isn't the dead interfering with those still alive. They are puppets. Not living beings..."

"You pick most of it up as you go along." Frank said, shrugging. "Hmph. But hey...Maybe your idea wasn't so bad. We could go ask God. Get a bunch more people who'er fed up with this torment as well to ask with us. Carry pitchforks 'n torches and everything, ya know?"

"I'm not sure how He would react to that", Jane said, smirking.

"I actually have a better idea." said Justin Valatako and his battle staff materialized instantly in his hands. "We go down to the judges and have a discussion with them."

Arcane and Robert Zakalia were at a forge in heaven making all sorts of weaponry and since their magic up here was divine they were enchanting them to resist other types of magic. They wanted to give Aria the final gift they could, a proper Phoenix's Blade. Not the one Order had copied for her but a real sword.

"We cant get there. They've got the power to send us here, but we ain't got the power to go there..."

OOC:Mind, Hawk, this topic IS supposed to be non-canon. If they're making that blade in this topic, it has no bearing on the stuff going on in the Shattered Planes-verse. It merely takes place there, but does not affect it in any way.
