You have made it untraceable. That in itself is suspicious, and even if your hiding of your face is suspicious. You are trying to hire us; we have the advantage in terms of negotiation.

The same time that they did as told by the Dark Heart the face of Maxima was burned out of the ship's memory so that they couldn't give it to anyone else. There was no time to make a backup copy or do anything to record it.
