((Not all magic comes from the Soul Organ...Ray's mage characters, as well as my Lauren, are all Humans. My mercenary characters can also use magic, however they get it from a outside source, so they dont count))

(There isn't just magic laying around the fucking place, the soul is what allows Sages and other beings to use magic, without it they're practically nothing, cept for Relorians and such.)

((The characters were still approved as such. I dont see it posted anywhere in the rules saying that humans cannot use magic at all, so while it is rare, there are those indeed able))
