What seemed to be a asteroid approached the Cross-Class ADF Castor, a large thing, but not too fast moving. However, it was organic...And nigh indestructible, unless hit at a specific point, to which the entire thing would break apart as if it were made of glass. It was also hollow, and had a few things inside. These things were the corpses of a Lorcar attack force that had been sent to attack a planet far, far away. Perfectly preserved as well, due to the fact that no non-Lorcar microbes would have been in there to eat them or otherwise decompose, and they had all died of starvation, none of them thinking to just eat the others. This pod, if it had ever been alive and had the ability to talk, could have told how its inhabitants were meant to attack and devour all the life on a planet not unlike earth, except about a foot or so bigger in diameter and with different shaped continents. It would have recounted how the attacks from the defending beings knocked it off course, how it had missed the planet entirely, how nobody went to reclaim the pod and the dying Lorcar inside to save them...
But that was the past, and the pod was never able to talk. It was mere chance that its course would have intersected with this ship without having ever been stopped by anything else before, and it wasn't able to stop, especially with the lack of friction in space.

It was revealed on the sensors and beamed aboard the ship, in a sterilized, airtight room with a single armored GRASS member and multiple scientists on hand. They then began to study the pod. Without having much success they opened a wormhole and dropped it off at the Library for further study.
