Name: Jake Aertis
Age: 1500 but appears to be in his 30s.
Race: Evolved Human
Alliance: Elders
Biography: A Secret society on earth back in the days before it was taken over and destroyed. This society had waken up to realize the things around them, The Sages, the aliens, and all of the other battles taking place, that was oblivious to the outside world. Keeping the secrets to themselves, they tried to gather up all relics, and remnants of things around the earth, and anything else they could find of magic that earth would ever have possessed. Including the most mysterious of locations on Earth, the Wonders of the World, and others that were other myths. Bermuda Triangle, Stone Henge, the things Earth always wondered about. Finally seeing these things for what they are, they studied for many years, keeping the secrets only into their society. And when at last, they had unlocked natural abilities. Going into the stages passed normal humans, and finding themselves centered with the earth, they finally released what ancients of earth knew before them. The Indians, Wiccan and Pagan along with others believed in the power of their planet.
When they had reached this sense of knowing, and these stages. They became fearful. They believed with what was around them, this would enable them to protect themselves, yes. But it would also make them targets of the magic users. So to keep this from happening, they decided to limit this to only a few. These became the Prophets, or in the language they made up, Sanscript were known as the Children of the elders of the society that had first started it, were trained in all the secrets unlocked, and given the goal of protecting Earth. .....That's when Tragedy hit. When Earth was about to be destroyed, they were able to draw upon Mother Earth herself to sense the oncoming attack, and save the Prophet children. The Elders themselves, too old to escape, put all their hopes, and dreams of Earth into this group, and used all of their abilities to teleport the group away. But because they had never used a teleportation spell before, the oncoming magic of the attack that was striking earth, messed with the spell, and they were sent to another dimension. Jake was one of those and the most powerful among the group. Deciding that they would go their separate ways he himself took the spell book of Psalm with him after giving copies made by magic to the others. Knowing that his people would abuse them he took the stone tablets of the commandments along with the scroll of psalms and the scrolls of the prophets with him but hid the scrolls of the prophets after studying them thoroughly.
Weapons: Scythe - A scythe that was wielded by the last user of Psalmic found it's way into his care. When he wields this he is faster and stronger than he would be otherwise. It has glyphs on it of an unknown nature.
Sword
A regular steel sword forged from steel in the heart of a meteor. It is imbued with Prophetic Magic so that it may never break unless it clashes with another similarly imbued weapon.
Cards
He has special cards that have random effects from healing or strengthening him to summoning beasts from another dimension to fight for him. Sometimes this backfires though.
Crystal Sphere
A sphere made out of a unique crystal that has the ability to amplify his powers when he needs the amplification the most. It is made out of what appears to be like a sapphire.
Equipment:
Scroll of Psalms. Stone Tablets. The Commandments. Magical Journey Book. Pocket dimension containing magical artifacts taken from Earth before it’s destruction and before the USSR became the dominating faction of the planet. Special Medallion he always wears.
