Title: Zarethian Fleet

Empire Name: Zarethian Empire
Primary Race: Human
Empire Description: A rather large fleet of 323 ships, some large and some small. They live on the fleet after their home was taken by the Lorcan. They escaped with only the tech and ships they could take. Luckily they were, and are, highly attuned to technology so they have little problem with repairing the ships. The fleet consists of 5 admiralties, each consisting of about 50 ships. Each admiral is a high leader for the fleet. Each captain is highly regarded.
Additional Information: They are rather zealous about their religion. Their soldiers use many types of robots to compinsate for the lack of soldiering men/women. Use laser weaponry, and their mages are the priests.
Territories (See Below) They own only ships, but are looking for a planet to colonize.

As they have no current planet they will be unable to create new ships or technology. And we will be unable to grant you 323 ships right off the bat, you can slowly get five each week.

I won't have all the ships, because that would be cheap. They buy ships from other places, or find derelect ships in space. They aren't all warships, in fact only 35 are warships. The whole population is on these ships and they are attempting to find a new home to colonize, but have yet to be successful.
I honestly will only really be controlling about five or so ships overall anyway.

As according to the rules regarding ship requests, you get five per week. Please make the technology and ship request threads as needed.

I know about the ship limits. Also what did Orph mean when he said" Dibs on not making the ships"?

Also since this empire is fleet bound, do I still get a planet like in CE?
