The ship proceeded to do according to the orders of Foxtrot 3.  Proceeding to the dock, it docked. Every soldier took off the armor and just in case Lucien had every one else ditch the iso suits temporarily. Lucien also took off his own armor.  However he put on a holo watch to disguise his face because he did not want his real identity to be known as of yet.  The ship arrived as ordered.

The Zarethian Capital World. This world seemed like it was in absolute chaos. Well this could not be allowed. Lucien knew the Narrikians and Zarethians  and Narrikians were not on the best of terms presently. The Narrikians had lost a lot of life at the hand of a joint Zarethian-Vionix assault on their world  and it had made Lucien very angry. Lucien was no longer angry as he had overcome his anger.  Finally from his ship he sent out a transmission.

Zarethian Empire. This is the Narrikian ship Transcendance. We are aware that our ship may look like a military vessel but please don't open fire. We are under orders from Acting Regent Dolos to send down emergency aid to help out with your current political crisis. We wish to send down an entire contingent worth of relief workers including several politicians to help stabilize your government. This is of course free of charge. When you are ready I shall give the go ahead for the first 2,500 to come down and help.

Lucien was dressing himself in an armor, but not one he had made. Of course he had improved upon the design.   They would likely have to go through customs, but he was prepared. A Tadeusz Class armor was worn by him.  Some on board the ship were strapping on Iso Suits and jet packs so they could go down and help with the non-routine job.  Some of the soldiers on board were also donning armors of various makes.  By the end of this matter Lucien planned to make the Narrikian's problem with the Zarethians go away.

Putting on the last part of the armor...the helmet Lucien was now prepared.   Soldiers boarded replicas of Project Stallion made in haste.  With everything prepared they were ready to go through customs.

"It seems you already know who I am, but just to be on the safe side..." The voice replied. Suddenly a black puddle of bubbling goo appeared infront of him and Insana's form slowly rose from it.

"Greetings child. I am Lord Insana Primoris. The Embodiment of Insanity!" He cheerfully announced.

...Behind you Sirius...

That itching, clawing voice told him straight into his skull, but Sirius already knew that. With a graceful movement, he flicked himself to his feet and spun around to face whatever was casting the voice.

"Fear's and Wisdom's, aye." He growled, not in anger but it was his more primal instincts creeping into his voice, giving it a more guttural, dark tone than he would like, but it helped on occasion. "You are a vessel of Insana?" He called out, whether or not the voice would actually be behind him, tricks were always played by those with power.

"Insanity in individuals is something rare - but in groups, parties, nations and epochs, it is the rule." a voice said behind him. "You're Fear's kid, right?" it asked.

The mortal realm had changed since Blade had first came here, several thousand years ago. That was to be expected though considering the time frame. Now Blade would not usually ever go here, interacting with the mortal domain made life difficult for Sirius due to the fact he would more than likely have to cull this population to bring 'peace' to this realm. That caused a chuckle to come from him, bringing peace through violence, what an ironic statement but it worked, oddly.

None of that truly mattered though as Blade was here for a reason; to find Insana. Sirius's 'Father' gave him warnings about the embodiments and some in particular, Insanity was one of the ones to be watched considering how... unstable he was and the damage he could do if he didn't follow the laws of the Embodiments. So here Blade was, on the surface of this planet called 'Tefillin' in the local tongue, and currently he was sitting on a rooftop. His topaz coloured eyes were watching the ground, letting not his sensory organs but his magic hunt down his target.

You are... tiresome, Sirius... It is bothersome...

The voice crawled into Blade's mind, causing his eye to twitch and his mouth to cringe however he ignored the voice, the voice of Exodus and instead focused his magic around, tracking the specific signature of Insana, one he knew would be unlike any other in this damned place, you didn't get many embodiments in the mortal realm.

"Oh will you just start making actual sense and let me leave already?!" Hikaru picked up the shovel, took one glance at it and then threw it at him, her anger apparent. She was to the point that if she had had her magic, she would have killed him long ago and he was not making it any better.

"My dear... You're on trial." Insana said to her. "You must save you from yourself for the greater good of all. This isnt about me, or you. This is far, far greater than either of us. I said this when we first met -- You decide how this ends."

Insana waved his hand as the statues of the Scholar and Judges crumble leaving only the ones of Insana and Hikaru. "There is a reason why lady justice, my enemy, is blindfolded. She cannot see bias, but also cannot feel for either side. Her lack of empathy was her down fall."

"Error?" Hikaru scoffed, "I have none." She waved a hand at the statues and simply rolled her eyes before proceeding to ignore them. "But if you are now done with telling meaningless stories. Then return to me that soul or take me to the damn demon that has it! I am sick of playing games!"
