Dimension Key
An artifact from the past that was made to allow access to difficult to access dimensions. It is made from magic and powered by magic but it can be viewed as tech as it is easy to duplicate. However several copies of it exist in hard to reach locations throughout the shattered planes universe. It the original is currently being converted into a dimensional door.
Dimensional Door
The original D-Key is being taken and converted from it's original form into a Dimensional Door which is far more powerful than the D-Key ever happened to be. With the door you can access more locations than you could with the D-Key and it does not require magic to work as it has technology as a power source. Also unlike the D-Key it has a genetic lock on it currently.
