(Submitted chracter three times. Got error occured message. Never thought to copy paste. Lost character three times. Excuse my briefness.

Name: William Nova
Age: 26
Race: Imbellis
Alliance: Nova Corp/United Paxans
Biography: Born to genius inventor who replicated and improved earthen tech, William learned his father's trade, and was very good at it. However, his father was executed by the Pax Empire for making unapproved devices. Disheartened and depressed, William gave up on inventing, and life. However, after being brought back from the dead and with the free-market aspect of the new United Paxans nation, William was given a new zest for life. He rebuilt his father's mansion room by room, along with a special underground expansion for his own use, and built the first Nova Corp factory, as well as a night club in the city.

I don't know. I just needed a purple eyed blond haired anime character. I thought I struck gold. I wasn't sure who he was.

It's from Ouron High School Host Club, the character Tamaki. I just really, really REALLY hope William Nova doesn't act like the appearance pic character does.
