Empire Name: The Deathwalkers
Primary Race: A race unknown to many that are most commonly called Deathwalkers.
Empire Description: The Deathwalkers were a race shadowy creatures. While most of them didn't have magic abilities, many did. They also had some powerful tech on their side.
In times so far back that there is no solid proof that these events actualy happened, the Deathwalkers went on a campaign conquering many planets, and capturing the races on them. The other powerful races at the time formed an alliance, and defeated the Deathwalkers. The allied power decided that they would never again let a campaign like that happen again, so not only did they drive the Deathwalkers to extinction, they hid all the remnants of the civilization in a place no one would ever think to look.
Now a days you only hear about them in vague and unusual legends. You may be able to find information with the Archive, but then again...
Additional Information: I will post more information about them in different areas such as Technology or Ships.

So you don't want the empire approved? Okay. And I still had staff powers since K2 does a terrible job, also it was a self-de-estaffing, not staff de-staffing. But if you don't want it approved...

That's not breaking the lore. Before the sages discovered this dimension, it is a fact that mortal/tech empires existed in their own little corners of the dimension, butting heads in space every once and awhile.
