Obviously the Elite are annoyed when 24 of their number are trapped in a jail on Aralia. They are even more annoyed when the jail is located inside of Sudentor City. Tracking chips were quite useful to have embedded inside near the heart so that removing them would be nearly impossible and to Grunder hopefully impossible. This time though now there was proof enough to go to war against Grunder.
“Sir, we traced the AI. It is called Eridani. Shall we send out the virus to kill it or should we wait?†asked one of the computer techs to the deputy of the Elite Guard that was on duty currently.
“We shall wait. But first get Gregory on the horn. I need to have a talk with him about this before we rush into any decisions.†The words the deputy used emphasized FIRST getting Gregory to talk to him.
So a transmission was sent to Gregory
Priority 1 message. We have learned through recent examinations of our computer systems that Grunder Industries has been hacking in via use of their artificial intelligences. We have also learned that they are holding a number of our people hostage. What should we do about this current situation that we find ourselves in namely with the hostages and the hacking? We also found out they had a way to spy on us on our old home.
