He can control regular animals and plants. That is about it. And it takes a while for him to do so anyway.

He can’t control characters but what I was reffering to was wild animals, normal plants and domesticated animals. Those are what he can control. Though it is a rarely used ability of his to control fauna.

Non sentient plants and animals which include both wild and domesticated animals can be controlled by him. For NPCs that are used by someone else however the process may take up to 2 hours to fully start and to finish taking control would require another half hour. However for regular animals this does not have to be that long. For plants and normal animals it only takes a total of 10 min. Also I need 1 approval for this character.

    Biography:

    A lab was where he was 'born.' Suffice to say he was the pinnacle of engineering for the Narrikians as he was one of the most advanced genetic experiments. Full speech capabilities and everything had been added during his creation along with the DNA of a sage, an osmosian, and some veldorian DNA.


    To further aid with his skills being learned and implemented the abilities to control flora and fauna were installed inside of his body through an experimental genetic modification. Once that was done his military training began as soon as his body has grown used to the abilities completely.


    He now is leading his own branch of the Narrikian Military comprised entirely of genetic experiments. Unsure though of whether or not this is the right thing to do he does not know what to do.



    Weapons: First in his arsenal comes two of these weapons http://browse.deviantart.com/?q=laser&order=9&offset=24#/d21908l which are capable of firing lasers, missiles and bullets.


    Two of these are what he prefers to use in melee combat and they are powered weapons that ignite with a black energy field. http://browse.deviantart.com/?qh=&section=&global=1&q=knife#/dyeknq This weapon he also takes very good care of so as not to lose it in combat as he prefers when he uses these to fight with a double handed fighting style.

    Equipment:

    Ammunition, a replacement power field generator, two spare knives and a beam weapon in the form of a katana. Remote control and also a single fighter that he usually uses. The fighter is heavily tricked out though and modified to be more like a corvette.


    He also has two leather bracers capable of firing 5 solar lasers. They are only capable of firing 5 before they burn themselves out and are uselesss.

    Tool Kit - A tool kit to fix his stuff.


    Also he has a few grenades along with a utility belt fool of escape artist tools including a lock pick, some acid, a grappling hook and magnetic strips for his boots.


    Personal Items:

    He has an Ipod.

    DS-lite.

    He also has a palm pilot that he uses.

    Hacker pack – a tool of hacking tools.

    Appearance:

    He is a cacausian male except for the red and silver fur that covers his skin normally unless he wishes it gone. Also he is well muscled for someone of his height and body weight. Furthermore his body is lean and mean looking as there is not a single bit of fat on his body. Clothing wise he wears a red and gold tunic with black jeans and black boots. Two leather gauntlets also cover his right and left arms. Further a helmet is included but it is optional for him to wear said helmet.
