Recorded footage of Lustre ordering a Zarethian Hand agent to sabotage government property by cutting off Hermitage's internet connection began to play on media stations. Some local law enforcement groups began to issue warrents for Lustre's arrest.

But the warrants were nulled. As that was not Lustre. Lustre had a solid alibi, being miles away from where it had actually happened, and thus safe. You see, he had beenm out of the area. He had been in a park giving a political speech, and was thus safe froom being arrested as it had NOT been him. And he said to the media.

"There may be warrants out for my arrest, but they are not valid. The reason is that I suspected the Hand was gunning to take me out of the race. So I had an infiltrator visit in my place, a coffee shop that I frequent. The infiltrator was to give fake information to the hand agent, thus convincing them to give warrants that aren't valid. And as you can see, the plan worked."

The infiltrator appeared near him and resumed the disguise of Lustre, but the voice was different. That was the only flaw in the holographic projection, was the voice.

"And to clear my name, I have irrefutable prove that it was not me. Do you sense a magical signature from this android? At all? No? Well you see I have a magical signature, an infiltrator does not. I would leave finger prints, an infiltrator would not. I would have eaten the donuts, and drank the La'con brew, but an infiltrator would not."

The warrant was still issued, under the newly revealed info that the man who ordered the sabotage was under direct orders from Lustre. With Lustre's confession, it would be near impossible to get out of an arrest.

"I have no authority in the hand. Why would their agents answer to me? That is also something to ponder as well. For you see I have no interest in controlling the hand. Nor did the infiltrator know that person was part of the hand. So I am still clear of the warrants. As they are invalid due to 1. Not enough information. 2. Lack of validity and 3. Because this is the 2nd attempt the hand has made to disqualify me from the race."

Yes, Aseron had figured out that it was not Interpol but rather the hand that was causing him problems currently, and so he had adapted his strategy to make inroads to handle the problem presented by the hand so that he would not get arrested.
"You see, what I did basically was gather proof in a legal way. That Interpol and the Hand are interfering with the senate races. Is their leader at fault or is it hermitage? Either way I don't care, but I am getting tired of their illegal actions. I even went so far as to put a valid injunction AGAINST interpol. But will the hand and Interpol ever stop meddling in the race?"

"Is wire tapping illegal without government permission?" asked Aseron as he pulled out several bags full of bugs, wiretapping devices and hidden micro-phones that the Hand had placed in his office. "If so, I recommend that these warrants be dropped, because I have read in the election rule book they are not allowed to interfere. "

With the charges issued, Zarethian Hand agents arrived to place Lustre under arrest.

"Put your hands where I can see them," a Zarethian Hand agent ordered.

Putting his hands where they could be seen, Aseron concentrated and all the material evidence he had about the Hand spying on him was teleported by his magic, or rather banished to the location where Ezra Tan was, so that it would be safe and Ezra could use that for the scheme he had hatched. Perhaps an arrest would work to his advantage, but it might suspend him from the race permanently or boot him from the race. But maybe Addler would stop their intervention.

He was arrested and read his rights. His handcuff were Anti-Magic. His weapons were taken off him and he was taken to an Anti-Magic Zarethian Hand holding cell.

OOC: ....Alright... Looke here, the both of you... Admiral Sora and her other admiral lackey have no legal authority. They cannot approve any warrants unless it is military personnel being charged with a military crime. Also, the Hand cannot arrest anyone in the election unless they have Addler's approval. I told this to Lyoko when Hermatige tried it.

A beacon was sent out to Addler on Westhot. He was waiting for the two kids to meet up with him by a bench. He answered his Zphone, listened to the beacon's recording and then called Mann.

In a cell unjustly Aseron said to the guards. "You know you aren't allowed to do this correct?" He did not have any of his tech, but would try to get out on a technicality.

"Blast it all, Mann... I know there is a situation! Please tell me you have a damn good explanation for arresting a senatorial candidate without my permission.... Hermatige already did this and if it gets to be a problem with the election Im going to be forced to disallow the Zarethian Hand to even talk to candidates." Addler said exasperatedly.

"Wait a moment," a guard told Lustre, "They're deciding what to do with you."

"Sir," Mann said over the phone, "Not arresting this man immediately could have meant putting Zarethian lives in danger. He has admitted to ordering sabotage of government property.. That is a clear violation of law, and a huge threat to our empire. I just prevented the possible death of innocent life, and you're angry over bureaucracy? This is hardly the time to be squabbling over chain of command."

"No, I'm arguing about the legal powers that be, Mann! You illegally arrested him. Even if he was guilty of what you say, you didnt ask me for permission which means we have to let him go until we can prove it. THEN I can give you authorization. I hate this damn bureaucratic shit but thats how a government is run. Send me a report of EXACTLY what happened, no details left out. Otherwise I might not be able to legitimize this." Addler said, just a bit frustrated but forcing himself to be calm.

Now he turned his attention to where the guard was and sighed. "Release me from these shackles please, and this cell. It is ILLEGAL you know."

Mann hung up the phone, a flustered look on his face, before sending Addler a file with a report he'd been writing for the half hour attached. He ordered a guard to release Lustre, who did as instructed..

Addler sighed and sat down on the bench waiting for the kids and his friend's daughter to arrive. "So do I, Mann. So do I..."

Later he sent him a texted message. >> Look, I'm sorry about earlier. Just... Next time you do something like that. Ask my permission and go through the proper channels. Makes life easier. You're going to see a lot of that in the senate. PS. Whats with the note you gave to me earlier?<<

Once outside of the cell he walked and retrieved his equipment. Not in a good mood, Aseron grabbed everything they had taken from him and walked outside. Now he would have to slowly walk back to his office, and so he walked out of the Hand building and cast a spell. He vanished, and reappeared at his office. Now he would contact Addler. Calling him up, he decided to ask Addler about something. "Addler, are you aware that the Zarethian Hand bugged my office and home after Hermitage arrested me and I spent most of last night ripping out the bugs, along with most of this morning..? There were also hidden microphones and other devices of theirs I had to remove from my office and home. The reason for the 'sabotage' was so that they would fall for a trick and look even worse when I submitted the document I have been writing about their interference. "

Addler picked up his phone as it rang. "Hello? No. Im sorry but I was not aware of those bugs. Im sorry sir. I'll see what I can do about that." He said, hanging up and sighing. Each candidate had bugs in his office. It was to ensure that no one makes any illegal decisions.
