While Hikaru's chart may have one form, Psi there is another that can be used. This topic will explain it for you in layman's terms so you understand it.
Physical Existence or Corporeal Non-Sentience
Energy exists inside of your body. Every time you eat, drink or sleep or exercise your body uses up energy but sometimes gains it back faster than others. By focusing this energy or essence of yourself into your body parts when you make martial arts moves you can achieve simple effects such as for one thing being able to unleash a shockwave of energy every time you throw a punch if you so desired or to form a barrier that is definitely not magic, and thus would not be disabled by AM fields. There are many uses of this ability.
But few today have access to the ability as it is long forgotten. Most people would not use such a thing preferring magic or Psi, but it grants a few advantages over both and spirit energy as it is corporeal energy given form and shape by the moves and let out of the body to be a force to be reckoned with.
The energy can be the energy of the body, or if one is bold and tough enough they may streamline the conversion of that energy, and change the existence converted by their MPO to that of Corporeal Existence, or Physical Existence. What this means is that they would be capable of magic, but at the same time they would also be capable of using the physical existence. It would in short produce half and half for those kinds of people.
Benefits
As stated prior, this is NOT magic, not Psi. Meaning there is no anti field to it. It is capable of some of the things both are capable of, even though it is not either. It also is unexpected, and long forgotten and would take a lot of studying to even create an anti-field or substance that has the ability to disable the use of this.
AM, AT, AP, Anti Pysc and other anti-fields have nothing on this. They cannot stop it, because they are not made to stop it.
Limitations:
This can only go so far. It is not capable of any truly fantastic feats such as God-Fire, Saraton Energy or any of that kind of power level stuff. But it is also limited to a way, if the hands and feet are bound the techniques to draw out the energy cannot happen. Or rather, would not be possible unless you somehow manage to ditch whatever is binding you.
