Personality:
Well to describe him would take a bit of doing, as Vince is a bit odd. He is empathetic and kind and not what you would expect for a senate or assembly leader in the process of getting there, but he has a harsh side to him as well. For you see he hates politicians like Shiloh, Men like Mann or Decadea or Hermitage.
He is very stealthy and cunning, unlike his father. But he has his own ambitions and does not like being ignored very well. Also he tends to hate Interpol and other similar groups such as the hand, with a passion not liking those groups since they cause more problems than they solve.
Alliance:
While he may appear to side with the Zarethians, his true loyalties lie with Ezra for his creator was Ezra actually and not someone else.
Biography:
The deal with Aseron was a simple one that Ezra had made. In exchange for genetic samples, he would back the campaign Aseron had attempted to perform. Unfortunately Mann ruined that plan Ezra had to eliminate the blatant racism of a select few. So Ezra was forced to move onto the next plan he had in his arsenal one that he would rather not do. Utilizing the DNA taken from Aseron he was able to create for himself a version of Aseron, but younger.
Conditioning was done and given to this being, so that he would have marine like reflexes and training but also the mind of a politician. Lucien and Lucas were recruited to train the experiment in the arts they had mastered and they did. Now all he had to do was make sure this experiment had proof both written and genetic that he was the son of Aseron.
Politicial and special forces information was directly downloaded into the mind of the genetic experiment. So that it would not revolt fake memories were programmed into the genetic experiment once it had been created in such a way it would not notice. The memories were that it had been born to Aseron and Harrisia and that it was their son. Of course that would not be true.
Weapons:
His weapon of choice is actually a specially made powered sword for himself, well two actually that conceal in his sleeves and the blades of which can retract. Unlike normal people he has a RCS system which he has kept with him. The law is also his weapon.
Magic Level:
His abilities while they may seem to be actual magic are not, and thus AM fields have no effect on him as he was taught to use his powers with the real data system acting as the source of them instead of the magic that he would normally have. The reason for this was because of the prevalence of AM fields. In terms of skill with the device he is about a level 5.
Fears:
His fears are that he may never live life to the full, that he would be killed and that he would like his surrogate father Aseron get arrested.
