Time is the flow and progress of everything. Shit continues like a boss through it. If you are outside of Time's influence guess what? You won't progress. Literally, you cannot affect anything inside Times influence nor can anything inside time's influence affect you.

Think of Time as a flow of water we are all floating down. Different timelines are extra streams broken off from the main one. When time is manipulated the flow changes in various ways.
