I was thinking we need a topic to help the creative juices flow when it comes to technological innovation in the RP.

There are a couple rules about this topic.

1. NO STEALING IDEAS. If someone posts an idea, and people help get it all fleshed out, and I see someone ELSE request it, I will personally take measure to punish the thief.
2. No flaming of ideas.
3. If you're in here, you're here to help someone, not just tell them why it wont work. Give constructive ideas on how to make it work.

Weapon-Creation/Construct Technology 3.0
From the records the Ancient Narrikians kept Lucien was able to tap into an energy that had not been used in a long while that of a star system that had been hidden and kept safe from most people so that it could not be exploited.

Using this energy to power the machine he has made out of the construct system and other items he has found he has created a multi-purpose device that has a lot of functions to it including being able to create weapons, or ships out of energy, being able to be a long range communication device and being shock, water and EMP proof.  It can also fire lasers.

This technology is one of the more advanced things that Lucien has made, and kept for himself so that he will eventually have the technology that he will need. Also it has a magical shield that prevents petrifying type effects from working on it.

This is the final form of the Constructor System, and what the technology was leading up to. Also this is the key to another piece of technology that has been invented, as it can access and form part of a mecha that has existed since the dawn of the Narrikian race. This is a very advanced piece of technology and as of yet only one copy of it exists, Lucien always wearing it on his arm. It is in the form of a combination gauntlet/glove.

The technology has a power source that is as of yet unknown.  But the power source would seem to be electricity to those without intelligence enough to be analytical as actually this is tapping into magical existence and using that to fuel it.

The original tech of the price powered armor was obsolete and so from scratch Lucien worked, bringing in some help from earth and some of the same scientists that built ZPAA stuff for the Zarethians, he had begun work on an ingenious project of his own. Nicknaming this armor the Punisher, he has added a constructor system, and the same strength and speed boost as the ZPAA although through different means. Using standard Narrikian military tech paid for out of his own pocket he has made changes to this armor that make it more efficient than ZPAA.
Another modification he has made is the addition of a technology he paid for the Anrufe to create for him, that of a constructor system 2.0. The reason he incorporated that technology was because it was better suited than his original tech for the purpose needed. He has also added a NET window system bought on Earth. Not only that, but he has also added flight capabilities and an internal atmosphere simulator device as well.
The power source is vastly different and can last for up to 100 decades without need for a single recharge. Also in the hands and chest he has added a laser one of the solar lasers that were originally used only he has amped up the power of this variation. The Dolos MK II armor also has scanners that detect if any unauthorized person, even clones tries to use the armor and locks down if they do becoming unusable until unlocked by the owner.
Further, Lucien has also added other capabilities to the armor as well. First of all it has a Zarethian AI inside of it making it more advanced than the normal CI controlled armors so that it will last longer in the field of battle.

Some sort of highly advanced rail cannon that, when it hits, creates a black hole controllable to the gunners.

Well, what I'm thinking is that the rail cannon is easy, it's just the ammunition that needs to be specialized. If you take a large amount of matter and compress it to a certain point it can become a singularity, what I'm suggesting is that the ammo for this rail cannon uses Demi-Singularity rounds. These rounds are just before the precipice to transformation into a true singularity, once it makes contact with other matter at super-high speeds, the ensuring force would cause it to merge with it's target slightly. This would cause it to go over the edge, and form a black hole. The size of the black hole would depend on the initial amount of matter in the DS round.

For it to be controllable..hmm..I think I helped enough, your turn.

Well.... Er... Have some sort of magnetic field projector inside it, protected by the black hole in some way, grey matter or something similar, and then have something that can manipulate that magnetic field... Maybe.
